Villa Nou Overview
Villa Nou is a delightful three-bedroom villa within the almond groves of Pollensa in Mallorca. Built in traditional Spanish style, the villa has a natural hue, tiled roof and wooden beamed ceilings. It rests within an expansive garden, home to palm and fruit trees.
Steps lead into a glistening, turquoise lap pool, with poolside loungers and a shady parasol. The manicured lawn fringes the pool and offers so much more space than most villas of this size. Built with patios extending out from the villa, be sure to enjoy your midday meals in the shade of the al fresco dining area. With a dedicated outdoor kitchen, complete with Spanish BBQ, you can serve up some tapas in the sun.
Interiors are so welcoming, with a cosy snug, complete with sofas and a TV, an indoor dining table and a country kitchen. There are three bedrooms, capable of hosting up to six guests. Two of the three bedrooms feature their own en suite bathrooms.
Tucked in the Northern tip of Mallorca, Pollensa is a mixture of mountains and coastline. There are lovely, family run restaurants and art galleries and, if you want to sunbathe, Puerto Pollensa has lots of sunbeds, seaside cafes and plenty of water sports on offer.

To access the villa there is a large path which leads to the front door. The front door has a width of 175cm and other doors that access the pool area are 175cm wide. The villa grounds are very flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 68cm wide. Villa was OK but the service from Solmar was horrific. For a start the villa is not where Solmar say it is so we wasted nearly hours looking for the villa. Then the key code was wrong so we could not get into the villa. This meant more time wasting and phone calls to Solmar and the local rep who was actually very unhelpful. The villa does have a safe (not where it is meant to be) however it was locked and despite numerous requests to the local rep we never had any response. All in all the villa is actually lovely - on busy road, but set far enough back for the noise not to be an issue - nicely located for beaches, trips etc and comfortable Sadly it was all let down by a lack of management from Solmar

Spotlessly clean villa with all the facilities needed to provide a very comfortable and relaxing holiday. Villa is close to but set back from the main road between Pollensa Old Town (25mins walk) and Puerta Pollensa (1 hour walk) and is completely private. A bus stop is close by that will get you to the town or port and both Lidl and Eroski supermarkets are just a 5min walk away. We have been to the Pollensa area many times over the past 10 years or so and never fail to be charmed by the narrow streets and lovely main square of the Old Town and the tranquillity of a gentle stroll along The Pine Walks.

The villa has an excellent layout, with the 3 bedrooms well spread out. If indoors there is a good living area and kitchen with adjacent utility room and wc. Outdoors, an excellent pool and garden area with shaded eating area plus dedicated BBQ. Road noise could be heard, but was not intrusive. Pollensa, well what can you add to what is always said, a beautiful town.

Well located, spacious, very well-equipped. A pretty, secluded villa with ample space for our party of six to relax comfortably. Pool is lovely and the table-tennis table got plenty of use. Would return and would recommend.
