To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide along with 2 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 150cm and other doors that access the pool area is the kitchen door which is 110cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 200cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The covered terrace has one step down to the uncovered terrace which goes up to the pool side. The pool has a small step round it. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 86cm wide which is the ensuite shower room. We absolutely love this villa, this was our second year staying there. Its perfect for us with three younger children, the pool is great and the location is very peaceful. The bedrooms are all comfortable and the lounge area is very spacious. Kitchen very well equipped. Car hire is essential. Lidl and Eroski nearby which have everything you need. We love the outside BBQ area but wish the pool light would work. Only cons we have are the general cleanliness of the villa is not great. Also, all cleaning products / soap / washing powder etc are removed at the end of each stay. Such a shame it can't be left behind for the next guests, we left behind a lot of stuff which we know would have been useful. Both years hair and swimming costumes have been turned green in the swimming pool. Solmar reps are very helpful and on hand if you need them. Would highly recommend to families looking for a relaxing holiday with young children

Beautiful villa, very well turned out with good facilities, clean and well equipped with utensils etc No cleaning products at all were provided, which was a bit frustrating, simple such as dishwasher tablets, dishcloth/scrubber, black bags, hand soap all had to be bought and most of it left behind after the holiday. The location was great, quiet and peaceful, easy access to 3 lovely nearby towns. I would stress to clients that a car is essential as nowhere is in walking distance, no local shop / restaurants. But lots accessible nearby once you have a car. Overall lovely place to stay

A thoroughly enjoyable holiday. The villa was more than adequately well equipped with the exception of there being no garden umbrella. Good shower, comfortable bed, a spacious and pleasant lounge area. Did expect some UK television channels as there was satellite TV but the lack of these wasn’t a major issue. Disappointed that there was no water supply for about 20 hours but do understand that sometimes these problems arise and can’t be prevented, fortunately the matter was resolved. All in all an excellent holiday.

We have been fortunate enough to visit this beautiful villa before. Initially it is not easy to find but after the first time, it’s fine The villa is well positioned and only a few minutes drive to Pollensa or Puerto Pollensa. Quiet location with spacious garden. Master bedroom has own ensuite. This is nicely equipped with a great shower room. The lounge is spacious and comfortable with high windows and had a good collection of spare books. Kitchen is very well equipped with lots of cooking stuff. Big freezer and fridge. The garden has two parts to it, a landscaped bit the pool, lawn and some nice shrubs plus a disused well that is sealed up for safety. There is a bigger part of the garden which is wild and not landscaped which is adjacent to the drive.

Excellent villa. We had a great weeks holiday with our twin boys. They loved the kids room! Pool was great, outside space was very nice. Only downside: arriving at night, it was very tricky to find so could do with better directions. Also, one of the bathrooms had a bad smell but we just never used it. Very quiet and peaceful, although some background traffic noise from Pollensa/Puerto Pollensa road on occasion. We did not mind the cockerels nearby but some people may not appreciate this! Slightly difficult approach to villa due to narrowness of track which may be difficult if a large car is hired. Villa very well equipped throughout with plenty of crockery and cutlery. Local supermarkets excellent. One slight negative - certain interior areas could do with repainting but other than that no complaints. We would love to return to this area in the future - it is beautiful.

A really lovely villa, quiet, peaceful, within easy reach of towns,beaches, lovely towns nearby, clean beaches, a lovely area. The villa was well equipped, clean, spacious, the pool was really children friendly with its wide roman steps, the garden was restful, we had the most relaxing holiday possible with two small children, we'd love to go again.
