- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

Villa Gardenia Overview
This delightful recently renovated villa is nestled in the countryside in-between the two fabulous resorts of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa. Surrounded by well-maintained mature gardens and a large lawn area, this really is great for the little ones to play if they can tear themselves away from the fabulous newly built swimming pool.
Villa Gardenia is on two levels, the ground floor oozes character with an intriguing combination of traditional beamed ceilings and stone cladded walls cleverly mixed with touches of modern décor. The entrance leads you into the open plan spacious and contemporary kitchen. There is also a generous sized double bedroom on this floor as well as a newly reformed modern shower room.
On the first floor there are three spacious twin bedrooms all tastefully furnished and air conditioned one of which has a small balcony which boasts some fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.Villa Gardenia is the perfect choice for families seeking a quiet peaceful location, just a five minute drive away you will find yourselves strolling down the traditional narrow streets of Pollensa’s historical old town with its endless choice of restaurants or you could chose to drive in the other direction and find yourself lazing on the beach or trying out one of the endless water sports there are to offer in Puerto Pollensa.

To access the villa there is a path which is 180cm wide which leads up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 110cm. There is ramp access available to the pool as well as an 84cm wide path. The grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor has a width of 70cm which is the only bedroom on the ground floor. The widest bathroom door on the ground floor is also 70cm wide which is the only bathroom on the ground floor. Yes the villa can sleep 8 but feel that if we were a party of 8 the living space would be a little small. There were 6 in our party which was probably right for the size of the villa

This was my second visit to Villa Gardenia. I booked again because love the situation - very nice and quiet tucked away down a country lane. The villa itself is comfortable with nice bathrooms and a super kitchen - which I look for because I always like to cook a lot when I'm on holiday.

The villa is in a lovely, private, secluded spot for total rest relaxation, there is an animal sanctuary near-by but the dogs only barked occasionally! The villa was nice very clean, with a lovely pool area.

The villa is in a lovely, private, secluded spot for total rest & relaxation, there is an animal sanctuary near-by but the dogs only barked occasionally! The villa was nice & very clean, with a lovely pool area. It's perfectly situated between the old town & the supermarket, both just minutes away by car. Pollensa is such a lovely spot & we had a lovely time.
