You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

If you want to experience life under the sun in Spanish style, Villa Escondite ticks all the boxes. This beautiful, stone clad, three-bedroom villa features a standalone, semi-open dining pavilion, perfect for friendly gatherings over tapas and cold beers. With an inviting, azure blue pool, set within well-tended gardens, it’s an idyllic retreat for friends and families alike.
Sun loungers rest under a tropical grass parasol, there are dining spots in the shade and an open BBQ poolside. Inside whitewashed walls, honey hued ceiling beams and terracotta floor tiles add to the country house appeal. Lots of warm, wooden furniture and the use of local tiles and artefacts, give Villa Escondite a Spanish flair. You could picture a Spanish Mama cooking up a paella in the kitchen and serving it up with some local bread and oil in the dining pavilion. The three bedrooms have beamed ceilings and white walls and two are twin set ups. There are also two bathrooms for six guests to share.
The location of Villa Escondite is superb, lying between Puerto Pollensa beach and the Old Town. You can enjoy sunny cafes, golden shores and water sports galore at the beach or wander through the old town, window shop and stop off for a glass of sangria.

To access the villa there is a path which is 105cm wide along with 2 steps up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 105cm and other doors that access the pool area is the dining room door which is 80cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool are 140cm wide, the grounds are flat with a mixture of patio and grass and the pool has roman steps to enter. Inside there is 1 step down to kitchen and 3 steps down to lounge area and ground floor bedroom. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 65cm wide. Absolutely wonderful holiday in villa Escondite, immaculately clean villa, stunning surroundings, beautiful garden and pool. Fresh towels and sheets provided half way through holiday. Excellent facilities thought out. There was a broken socket and the toaster wasn't working so we reported this and it was fixed within two hours. Would love to return!

The outside space was excellent with the added bonus of the outside kitchen, bbq and dining area. The pool is a good size. It was spotlessly clean and all bedrooms had air con which was great. Within 5 min drive of pollensa and Alcudia which both have good restaurants and shops.

The villa is well situated for visiting Alcudia, Pollensa and Port de Pollensa. It is next to a conservation area and there were interesting birds in the garden and surrounding countryside. The pool is a very good size and we liked the fact that the surrounding was grassed.

This was the perfect villa for us. Good location (although you do need a car) and perfect size for 2 families. The villa was nicer than we expected from the photos and the big plus was the size of the pool. The villa is well looked after. The pool was checked 3 times during the stay & mid week towel change. Only slight downside were the ants - if you left any food out they found it so just kept everything in the fridge & the mosquitoes so take repellent. We would definitely go back.

A lovely, traditional but comfortable villa with one of the biggest pools we have had which though not heated, my granddaughters were in every day in their wetsuits (Mar18). The location though central to Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, was rural and to do exploring, a car is necessary although taxis were very efficient, averaging 13 euros for a taxi for 5. A great spot for hanging around.

Great pool though not heated so had to wait till sun warmed up in afternoon, but later in summer will be brilliant as was outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Very well situated for Pollensa, Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa with transport. Good situation if you like outdoor pursuits - walking, cycling and villa itself was great to hang around. Kim, the rep, was excellent - extremely helpful and responsive.
