You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Colonieta Overview
Nestled amongst the Tramuntana Mountain range sits Villa Colonieta, a countryside retreat surrounded by breathtaking views. This ground-floor property with three bedrooms is ideal for families and smaller groups. Built with a traditional Mallorcan casa in mind, this beautiful property features rustic furnishings, wooden windows and cool floor tiles. The spacious open-plan living and dining room has a homely feel to it, with comfy sofas and patio doors leading to the pool terrace, letting in floods of natural light. A stone archway leads to a smaller dining room with access to the fully equipped kitchen. There's also three bedrooms in total, one double and two twin rooms, all sharing two washrooms, one internal and one with external access.
Without a doubt, outside is where you'll spend most of your time, soaking up the sun or cooking up a feast alfresco style amongst friends and family. The inviting 10-metre pool, with classic roman steps, is ideal for a midday swim to escape the heat. Relax on one of the many sun loungers as you admire the landscape views whilst enjoying the company of a gripping book. There's plenty of alfresco dining to choose from, whether you enjoy sitting in the shade or soaking up the rays with a glass of cool vino. There's also a shaded outdoor cooking area, with a basin, pizza oven and brick-built BBQ, ideal for grilling up some tasty fresh seafood for lunch. If cooking or sunbathing isn't your thing, then enjoy a competitive game of table tennis on the terrace.
