You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Steeped in history this country house is located in rural surroundings between the old town of Pollensa and the beautiful Puerto Pollensa with its beaches, shops and restaurants.
Villa Ros Gran have been lovingly restored over the years combining modern features but maintaining its original charm and cosy atmosphere.
The villa features four double bedrooms located on the first floor with the master bedroom featuring an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs you will find a large kitchen with a separate dining room which has been tastefully decorated with paintings of yesteryear and rustic feel. The living room is fully equipped with comfortable sofas, a satellite TV, DVD and radio.
From the dining room there are doors from the terrace which lead out on to the expansive terrace and pool area. Here you will find a large kidney shaped pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun. You will also find a outside alfresco dining area which features a brick-built BBQ, seating and dining table to enjoy those lazy summer evenings.
Villa Ros Gran is located just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Cala San Vincente and Puerto Pollensa. With the shops, restaurants and bars of Pollensa old town can be found just 3.4km from the villa.
