We know that you might be feeling uncertain about booking your next holiday with the ever-changing travel restrictions, which is why we've introduced our Travel Restrictions Guarantee for your peace of mind.
Book your next villa holiday with confidence, safe in the knowledge that you can either move your dates or receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid if your travel dates are restricted by either FCDO/local government advice advice or local restrictions in your destination country.*
The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.

Casa La Palmera is a marvellous villa located in a peaceful and tranquil location on the outskirts of the magnificent ancient old town of Pollensa. Flanked by mature palm trees, and an abundance of colourful Mediterranean plants, as well as prolific established vines, Casa La Palmera has a pleasingly pastoral feel to it, yet, you’re less than a five minute drive from the facilities of nearby Pollensa. The abundant outdoor spaces are particularly appealing here, with an attractive shaded terrace providing the ideal spot for al fresco dining, a perfect place to sit back and relax whilst watching the younger members of the family splashing about in the enticing larger than average swimming pool. The interiors also boast their own charming qualities with wood beamed ceilings and air conditioning provided throughout, and a particularly comfy sofa to lounge back in whilst watching your choice of holiday DVD’s on the television! For those who wish to explore the beautiful surrounding area, Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia can all be reached within fifteen minutes by car, and for those seeking some retail therapy, there’s a wealth of colourful shops and attractive boutiques to rummage around in. Beach lovers will enjoy both Puerto Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia, as well as the amazingly beautiful beach of Formentor, a must visit when visiting this gorgeous northern coastline of Mallorca.

A villa holiday in Pollensa provides the opportunity to uncover the wealth of history, culture and ancient charm in one of Majorca’s true hidden gems. With spectacular views of mountainous headlands and fascinating buildings on every corner, there is so much to see in this charming town. Climb the famous Calvari Steps and take in the breath-taking views across the town and surrounding countryside, or potter around the cobbled streets and browse the local craft and clothes shops. The vast promenade and restaurant-lined marina in Puerto Pollensa is just a ten-minute drive away.
We loved the peace & quiet of the plot, surrounded by farmland, just lovely. We loved the pool. TGeographically great as easy to visit Pollensa, Port Pollensa or Alcudia.

Was very homely, loved the outside space and the pool was fantastic too. Probably the best we've ever had. Been to the resort many times, but cannot resist coming back.

We stayed at Casa La Palmera for 10 nights in early June. The villa is exactly as advertised. The views are really that amazing! Very quiet and peaceful, with fields and small holdings around, small but perfectly kept garden and lovely pool where my four year old learnt to swim without his armbands! Sitting with a coffee/glass of wine on the balcony looking out to the mountains was really very special. The villa has everything you need along with a good BBQ and very comfortable covered outside sitting/eating area. We were very impressed with the maid service and had our towels changed and beds made up twice during our stay.

Just back from a lovely fortnight at Casa La Palmeras. Lovely quiet villa, a couple of miles from Pollensa. Great pool and we had lots of long lazy days loafing around. Few minor niggles with the cooker , but otherwise no complaints. We've been several times to this area; it is so beautiful , and Pollensa is a great wee town. Hire some bikes and explore in the morning /evening and lie round the pool the rest of the time - perfect!

We loved the location and the pool. The villa was close to both the coast and Pollenca but also felt secluded with good views of the hills and mountains. There only downsides were that we couldn't get the TV to work - we couldn't find any English channels but then we didn't really need it. Also had some issues with power cuts but these sorted after the owner replaced the oven whilst we were there.
