You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Casa Bugera Overview
Situated right in the heart of Pollensa Old Town, this modern townhouse is ideal for couples and smaller groups. A five-minute walk takes you to Pollensa Square, filled with local bars and restaurants offering refreshing cocktails and sensational fresh seafood platters. If you're interested in history and art then the house of renowned artist Dionis Bennassar is only 180 metres away from Casa Bugera.
The property is distributed across two levels. On entering the property you'll step into the spacious large hallway with a beamed ceiling and grand marble staircase. Continue through and you'll see an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, filled with natural light beaming in through the floor-to-ceiling patio doors. Step outside onto the terrace, where there's a small pool and a variety of garden furniture. Situated under a covered terrace you'll see the outdoor kitchen area and alfresco dining facilities. Lit by modern spotlights this area is perfect for cooking up some delicious dishes come day or night. From here there's also steps that lead up to a roof terrace with sun loungers.
Back inside Casa Bugera you'll find all three bedrooms on the first floor. The first bedroom is the master with a double bed and a private ensuite shower room. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a separate shower room. All bedrooms come with cold heat air conditioning, an essential for them warm Spanish nights.
