You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

Can Pansa is a delightful three-bedroom villa in the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range in Mallorca. With stunning views of the surrounding countryside, you have the benefit of feeling secluded, yet you’re within a short drive of the fabulous beach resorts of Cala San Vicente and Puerto Pollensa.
It’s all about the pool outdoors with a gorgeous, aqua hued swimming pool. There are enough sun loungers for the whole family and an al fresco dining area to enjoy some nibbles in the afternoon. An open fire-pit BBQ also features with table and benches to have a relaxing lunch under the sun. Grill up some prawns or fresh fish to serve with a healthy salad.
You’ll find a welcoming atmosphere indoors, with cosy sofas and indoor dining table and chairs. The kitchen hosts a breakfast table to enjoy your morning pastries and coffee. Capable of accommodating up to six guests, the bedrooms feature one master with a grand, carved wooden bed and two twin, singles.
Once a fishing village, Cala San Vicente gave way to tourism but still retains its authentic charm. Cyclists love the area due to the picturesque Tramuntana mountain range. Puerto Pollensa beach nearby has two great beaches to its name so there’s something for everyone.

All of the accommodation is located on the Ground Floor, the first floor is inaccessible.

The villa has a path which is 500cm wide and has a front door width of 120cm along with other doors that access the pool being 120cm wide. Paths from villa to the pool are 400cm wide and the ground is flat but there are 2 steps up to the pool area. The pool has roman steps to enter. The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor have door widths of 70cm and the widest bath/shower room is the main which is 70cm wide. The villa looked to have been updated recently with some modern furniture and beds, which were very comfortable. The artwork, and standalone cupboards were modern and attractive. If the kitchen is updated soon, the villa will be beautiful. In saying that, the kitchen was clean and functional. The garden and pool area were lovely too. Overall, we had a lovely stay.

The villa was beautiful! The entrance road is bumpy to the villa & it was difficult to find as we arrived very late at night. Looks like quite a lot of the furniture & beds were new. The pool & garden area is lovely. The kitchen was the only area that needs a bit updating, but it was clean & well stocked. Loved our stay there and would go to Can Pansa again.

The villa had just about everything that we wanted and the fact that we were able to sit outside without any marauding mosquitoes (a problem on 2 previous holidays) was an additional bonus. It was secluded without being isolated, yet Eroski and Lidl supermarkets were within easy walking distance if we needed something urgently. It compared highly with other villas in which we have stayed in Mallorca. The discounted rental price meant it cost us hardly any more than we were originally going to pay for a one bedroomed apartment.

Nice, spacious villa with good sized swimming pool and close to amenities . Lovely to have air conditioning without an extra charge. Owner friendly without being intrusive. Pollensa is a great place to spend time exploring the town and there are lots of great restaurants serving local cuisine.
