You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Can Llorens Overview
Can Llorens (pronounced Yorens) is a fabulous villa for a large family, set in an exceptional location between the three fabulous resorts of Puerto Pollensa, Pollensa and Cala san Vicente. As you approach the villa through the driveway you are welcomed by a large shaded terrace overlooking your very own private pool which is surrounded by lawn and backed with cypress trees which adds to the feeling of privacy.
Set over two floors, the entrance leads into the large cosy living/dining area, which has DVD and WiFi, this is a great area for the children to escape the midday sun. Only one of the twin bedrooms is situated on the ground floor, this has its own shower room. The other four spacious bedrooms are set on the first floor and share two full family bathrooms, two of these bedrooms have their own terraces which boast fabulous views of the surrounding countryside.
*For environmental and energy savings, this villa has timed air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night

To access the villa there is a path width of 200cm and 2 steps. The front door has a width of 120cm and other doors to access the pool area are 120cm also. The width of any paths from villa to pool are 120cm. The parking area is gravel; the terrace is paved and the area leading to the pool is grass but are all flat. The pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom on the ground floor has a door width of 67cm along with the ground floor bath/shower room having a door width of also 67cm. We loved the outside area, which accommodated us really well. Even though the pool was cold once in the water the family had so much fun. There was plenty of seating outside and the entrance gate was a must for our young children's safety and security was good with the alarm and outside lighting. It was an old building with character. The bathrooms were very clean and updated and there was plenty of space for all eleven of us inside and outside...

We had to request some items for the villa; lights for bathroom cutting boards knives for cutting The gas was not connected for the oven, the TV did not work and now it does channels very limited. Just a few minor things that mounted up in the first few days. But overall its a lovely villa in perfect location.

A very spacious villa at a very reasonable price. Nicely tucked away for privacy and it would easily take a large family without them falling over one another. Easy access by car to both Cala San Vincente and Puerto Pollensa. Two large supermarkets nearby. Good birdwatching area too.
