Can Berenguer is an enchanting and traditional family villa nestled on the outskirts of the old town of Pollensa. The owners of Can Berenguer take great pride in what was once their family home. The villa is surrounded by mature well maintained gardens giving a real sense of privacy. The large terrace at the front of the villa is a great place to relax and escape that midday heat, overlooking the fabulous pool area with the large brick built barbecue to one side, we're sure you’ll enjoy some wonderful alfresco dining.
You may even decide to take a stroll into the historical town of Pollensa which offers some wonderful restaurants and tapas bars. There’s also a bus stop right outside the gates of the house which will take you to the wonderful bays of Cala San Vicente or the large sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa.
The villa is located all on one floor, on entering you will first come into the lounge dining area with the large well equipped kitchen and spacious air conditioned bedrooms located just off from the main living area. A traditional Mallorcan villa and a great base for you to enjoy all of the wonderful surrounding resorts.

This villa doesn’t have steps for access, it has a path with a width of 400cm. The front door has a width of 90cm and the doors that access the pool are also 90cm. The width of any paths from villa to pool are 400cm and the grounds are flat with a mixture of gravel and grass. The pool has roman steps for entrance. A perfect base for exploring Mallorca. Lovely pool & terrace, plenty of loungers & chairs. House was clean, beds very comfortable and all bedrooms air-conditioned. Location was perfect for us with just a 10min walk to town, 5min walk to supermarkets and the bus stop is right outside the entrance gate to the villa for buses to Port de Pollensa, Cala St Vicenc and Palma.

A lovely Villa close and walkable into Pollenca, a short drive to beaches at Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia. The pool was great. Pollenca is lovely for an evening stroll, and there are a good choice of restaurants in town. We had a few issues which were dealt with promptly by Solmar.

Great location but the villa has seen better days. Its very dated and the facilities are basic. Lighting in rooms is poor and the entrance driveway and pool furniture needs attention. Overall the value for money was poor and you need to improve the quality of the villa.

The best thing about this Villa is the lovely well tended gardens and pool. The style is very traditional inside, but very clean and well appointed The owner comes to sweep around the pool each day as well as offering us fruit from his trees at the back of the property. There is a bus stop right outside which runs regularly to Port de Pollensa and the opposite side of the road into Pollensa Old town. 10-15 minutes walk into Pollena Old town which has beautiful shops and restaurants and looks spectacular at night. The Villa is only a couple of minutes walk to 2 well stocked Supermarkets and hidden at the back of one is a bar/ restaurant Finca 49. We ate there several times would certainly recommend it. You don't necessarily need a car as the bus links are excellent but its worth exploring some of the towns and villages inland, away from the tourist areas, the scenery is spectacular.

This villa is perfect! We visited recently with our young children (1 and 3) and parents. The location is incredible, a 10/15 minute walk into the square of the Old Town, and the bus stop to Cala San Vinçente and Peurto Pollença is literally outside the gates of the villa. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is provided. I couldn't recommend enough and we will certainly be returning.

The villa was comfortable and homely. It had a lovely pool and pretty garden. Some umbrellas would have been helpful . It was next to a busy road and overlooked by an concrete side of a building. Although a shortish, level walk into Old Pollensa.

Had a fantastic holiday at Can Berenguer, the villa is a good size, lovely gardens surrounding the pool and really comfy beds. The only downside to the very convenient location is the road noise but you soon get used to it.

This was our second villa holiday with Solmar and it didn't disappoint. We had an excellent villa in a very traditional Mallorca style in the middle of a citrus fruit grove, and a beautiful garden with a pool. Kim our rep was really quick to respond to our questions. It is on to a main road which is good for access and easy to do some touring of the island. Although some people may not like traffic noise, but it didn't interfere with our enjoyment of the experience.

We were very happy with the villa. The location close to a major road junction might not suit everyone, but it was fine for us as it was within short walking distance of our favourite restaurant (Celler El Moli). In any case, the hedges between the property and the road cut out most of the traffic noise. It was very well equipped with no shortage of everyday items like glasses, plates and dishes etc. The owner was very friendly and even offered us produce from his extensive garden. The house itself was even more spacious than we expected and we felt very comfortable there.
