You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Ca Na Pollensina Overview
Picturesque is how we’d describe a getaway to Villa Ca Na Pollensina. Set within the dense countryside of Mallorca, set in a cosy corner of Pollensa. The location is as idyllic as it can get, you’re just a stroll away from this old Roman town with narrow cobbled streets full of handicraft shops, ancient churches and authentic restaurants. Don’t miss the weekly Sunday farmers' market in the main square, where you can purchase fresh fruit and vegetables, alongside handmade cheeses and wines. Head back to the villa to grill up the local produce, either on the country-style cooker or in the sunshine on the built-in brick barbecue.
Designed to fuse with the typical age-old architecture of the island with peach-hued walls, terracotta-tiled roofs, and wooden shutters. The inside is overflowing with character and charm, packed with features that represent a classic Spanish farmhouse. The interiors are vibrant and homely, with rich tiled floors, original wooden beams, and stucco white walls. The traditional allure is prominent in the living area and three bedrooms, with rustic wooden furniture and comfy sofas that are complimented by the antique décor. It is surrounded by lush lawned gardens that create a private tropical oasis, with a kidney-shaped swimming pool flanked by straw parasols and sun beds. We know the area well , so realised there would be a bit of roadside noise (as villa is close to main Pollensa/Porto Pollensa road) Lovely pool Only real whinge is about air con. It was on a timer , and was only on 2-4pm and 7.30 pm - 05.45. When the air con went off at 05.45 , the room quickly heated , so effectively you had to get up at 6! This was a bit rubbish when on holiday , and seemed like penny pinching from the Villa owner - come on , when you are paying good money , air con should not be on a timer!

Spacious villa and grounds with good potential, but rather run down , could do with improvement to fixtures fittings and new patio set and beds. A/c worked well when it was on (on a timer) Great pool, sunbeds, shade available very good The covered patio area and barbecue outside the kitchen is great, we used it all the time. The wood patio set is for 6, but there were only 4 matching chairs. unacceptable when the villa is marketed for 6 and we were 5 persons. The patio set should be replaced with at least 6 matching chairs. Light in bedrooms and corridor was poor due to week bulbs, many bulbs broken. With shutters closed to keep out the heat. Spacious bedrooms but the bed mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. Good location for easy access to Pollensa. A lot of road noise but we got used to it as the week went on. We enjoyed the villa but it could be much better and have felt better value by fixing the defects identified and attention to detail and finishing touches

Lovely villa with excellent facilities. A few minor problems which I did raise directly with the rep but remained outstanding. (Kitchen window didn’t lock, bedroom light needed a new bulb and no where to dispose of rubbish - had to drive into town to find a public bin).
