The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Tonieta Overview
If you’re thinking of travelling with a large a group, six-bedroom Villa Tonieta is the perfect choice. It is situated near the pretty little fishing village of Cala San Vicente in Mallorca.
Holidaying in the Balearics is always a relaxed affair. Villas are built to maximise time outside in the sun. With a beautiful, lengthy pool dominating the outside space, there’s plenty of fun in the sun to be had at Villa Tonieta. There are lots of sun loungers and an outdoor dining area. Of course, a Mallorcan garden wouldn’t be complete without the traditional open BBQ. There is another six seater, al fresco, dining set next to that.
Villa Tonieta is split into two separate units, each with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it a superb location for two families enjoying a holiday together. Sliding glass doors give that tropical, open living, vibe and the interiors are light, airy and pristine throughout. Â
Cala San Vicente is a petite resort, nestled within the hills of Tramuntana. There are four pretty beaches to choose from and if you’re looking for a lively spot, Puerto Pollensa is a short drive away too.

The villa has 10 steps to access along with a 119cm wide path. The front door has a width of 75cm and other doors that access the pool is the lounge door which is 75cm wide. The grounds are flat after the stairs. The pool has roman steps and 1 step up to the pool. All ground floor bedroom doors are 65cm wide. The widest bath/shower room on the ground floor is 65cm wide. Tucked away in the northwest of Mallorca at the edge of the Tramuntana mountain range, this peaceful resort boasts three sandy beaches right on its doorstep. The village itself has a few shops and restaurants serving the catch of the day. Just a ten-minute drive away you’ll find the old Roman town of Pollensa where you can explore the maze-like streets and enjoy a drink or two in the evening.

We had a wonderful week in Mallorca. Calla san vicenc has beautiful beaches with great snorkelling. The villa was nice except for ants in one bedroom and in the kitchen. The service from Solmar Villas was excellent, way beyond our expectations. We would happily use them again!

Absolutely lovely villa can’t fault it beautiful inside and out had everything we needed and more made for a perfect stay only downside says shops etc are close but they sell very little and have limited opening times plus side supermarket is only a 10 min cab ride away. I loved my stay here and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you

Villa Tonieta is a wonderfully equipped pair of 3 bed bungalows which share a common pool at the rear. The villa is perfectly located within the resort - 5min walk to the beach areas and majority of the resort amenities. The pool area is not overlooked, allowing for privacy while bathing. Perfect for families or groups of friends.
