Villa Punta Des port Trece is a lovely, spacious five-bedroom villa located within the Cala Egos area of Cala d’Or. With easy access to a sandy coved beach, local eateries and well stocked supermarkets, this pretty villa is ideal for those who don’t want to hire a car. The nearby Cala Egos beach is ideal for keen snorkelling enthusiasts, as the rocky cliffside creates a haven for colourful marine life. Local tapas bars, steak houses and ice cream parlours are a must try for tasty lunches and family evening meals.
This villa boasts a red tiled terrace, lined with sun loungers and a covered area for a spot of shade. The impressive pool takes centre stage with its elegant steps and in-pool seating area. There’s a brick-built BBQ for alfresco dining, and a ten-seater dining table for feasts with the family. Inside, the villa is split over two levels. Amazing pool and terrace area with good amount of shade and sun all day long. Walking distance to local cove, supermarket, shops and restaurants. Local bus good to travel to Cala D'Or and the marina. We enjoyed a boat trip from the marina and Jet Skiing. We ate out every night and were really impressed with the food!

This could be a lovely villa to holiday in, it is roomy has lots of wardrobe space (but very few hangers) location is good, lovely cove within 5 minutes walk, surrounding area is quiet, supermarket and some decent restaurants nearby. However the facilities are the most basic we have ever encountered. No air con in living areas so very hot in day / evening. No dishwasher and kitchen not well equipped for 10 people lots of plates but only 2 beer glasses (we bought another while there as 3 beer drinkers in our party ) no bread board etc. Cleaners had left a very small amount of washing up liquid in kitchen and liquid soap in one toilet l would guess purchased by previous occupier ( villa we rented here last year provided sufficient liquid soap for stay in all toilets/ bathrooms - as well as a welcome pack - we didn’t feel particularly welcome at Villa Punta Des Port Tres).Only basic instructions for Villa on A4 sheet on back of front door. One double bed was made up with single top sheet, we requested this changed during mid week maid service to be told ‘towels only’ but reluctantly they eventually agreed. We only saw pool treated once never cleaned but some granules of some sort thrown in. When gentleman went to leave I had to ask if we could use he said not for 2 hours but would not have told us if I did not ask. We tried to keep as clean as we could using a net but water always looked cloudy, but not at all like other pools that we have experienced which are regularly cleaned. The worst thing about the outdoor area was the loud vibrating noise from the pool pump that was on more than off, it really did spoil the time relaxing outdoors which was why it would have been good to be able to sit comfortably inside. Lots of mosquitos which I guess is to be expected adjacent to small wooded area.

We loved our stay at this villa. 7 adults in our group and there was loads of space for us all! Perfect location, few minutes walk from shops and restaurants and a 15 minute stroll away from the marina. We were disappointed that there were NO basic necessities in the villa though. We had to buy everything - there was one sponge and some salt in the villa and that was it! Not even hand soap for the bathrooms. I haven't stayed in a villa/airbnb style place that didn't provide these basics, or at least leave them left over from previous guests. Other than that, we were very happy with our stay.

The family and I have had the greatest holiday in this villa. We can not fault the service from booking to coming home, nothing was too much trouble. The villa was clean, spacious and has everything you need. Excellent location just a lovely 2 min walk from the local cove beach and bars and restaurants. Will come back again and recommend to friends.

This is the 2nd year we have stayed in this villa as we love the location and facilities on offer within walking distance. However this year we found the villa very tired the furniture is basic and as it’s early in the season the shower heads hadn’t been renewed they were leaking all out the sides of heads. We had to ask the representative on a couple of occasions to send someone to look at the swimming pool as the water was very cloudy and the pool was quite dirty around the edges. He did call but the pool was still the same when we left We will not be returning to this villa next year.

Good size villa. The villa is in a great location, close to the beach and also close to shops and restaurants. The downstairs is nice and spacious, the kitchen has everything you need. The outside has a good size eating are with a nice table and chairs. We had a lovely holiday here, the area is lovely, the villa is clean and spacious and it felt safe and secure.

The villa was very spacious inside a little tired furniture wise and lacking a dishwasher was our only negative but the location for us was perfect. The outside of the villa was very clean and tidy the terrace and pool area was perfect very quiet and not overlooked at the back. The pool had been completely refurbished so was very clean. The cleaners came in halfway through our stay and the pool man came a couple of times and were very good. We are already planning our next holiday to stay in this villa.

Fantastic villa and great location, however, the pool was in need of updating due to the pump not clearing the debris from the bottom of the pool, and no net was available to do this ourselves. The steps are also very narrow.

great resort, have been so many times we almost feel like locals! the villa was ok, but felt like it needed an update. the iron was dangerous as it had breaks in the flex covering, and stopped working midweek. the space inside was excellent, and would be a boon if the weather wasn't so good!

We have just recently returned from your villa des port 13, Cala Egos. Just to say a big 'Thank you' for your help in flights, travel to and from airport which was excellent and very efficient. The villa was beautiful, very clean and so much space (its nice to have too much wardrobe space for a change).My son also learnt to swim in the pool which was lovely. Everyone enjoyed it and the resort is very nice too.

We had a fantastic holiday the villa was brilliant, spacious clean well equipped and more than reached our expectations we visited Palma, Lluc monastry and had a day out at the western water park. Cala Dor and Cala Egos are lovely resorts with plenty of good restaurants, we were spoilt for choice.
