This large detached villa is located within 260m of the Es Pou beach and close to the International Marina of Cala D’or where there is a good selection of fine restaurants and shops. Villa Pou Uno is a fabulous villa, boasting five lovely and airy bedrooms with a light and spacious living room. It may well be that you decide never to leave this fabulous villa, but we would highly recommend heading along to the Islands capital Palma during your stay.
It won’t take long to drive there, and it’s worth every minute of your journey. What you will find is a highly sophisticated and cosmopolitan city, but with a traditionally authentic side to it. On the one hand, you have glamorous restaurants and smart designer shops, on the other, you have an imposing Gothic cathedral and an old town of Moorish influences and slender side-streets boasting wonderful local café’s and Tapas bars.

To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide as well as 5 steps. The front door has a width of 78cm wide and other doors that access the pool area are the lounge doors which are 111cm wide and the bedroom doors which are 131cm wide. Paths from the villa to the pool area are 113cm wide and the pool area is flat but there are 8 steps from the patio doors to the pool. To get into the pool there is a metal ladder. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 69cm wide which is the twin bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 59cm wide which is the shower room. We have stayed here before and chose to come as we knew it was in a good location. Pool area needing a clean and tidy. Frying pans don't work as they aren't compatible with the hob. No chopping boards. Cooker hood doesn't work and air fresheners in the wardrobes wouldn't go a miss to combat damp musty smell.

Unfortunately we were disappointed on our arrival! We (like most) waited a long time to go away. We had cockroaches & ant infestation The upstairs sofa covers were dirty & not inviting to sit on at all, I took 2 bedspreads from the cupboard & covered them for the week! The veranda was a great size with a big table & plenty of chairs only I had to wash it all down before use. There was a leak under the sink which my husband sorted before the maintenance guy came, which to be fair was the next day. We placed bucket underneath

Villa Pou uno is in a excellent location minutes from the beach, restaurants and shops. The beds were so comfortable although the rest of the villa is very tired and needs a some TLC. If your looking for a villa close to everything and not to bothered about comfort this is the villa for you. The villa should of been inspected before guests arrive. We found the villa to be extremely dirty. We found a child's cup under the sofa which was full of mould. Layer of dust on the floors and all surfaces. All wardrobes smelt of damp obviously they had not been aired. We had to leave our clothes in the case. Extractor not working. Shower head rail on the top floor was broken. Looked like it had been glued numerous times. Build up of limescale so we couldn't turn the top shower head off or on. I could go on I will write my complaint and send in writing. We did mention a few things to Suzanne who was lovely. Tbh all these things should of been looked at before we arrived. I presume we were the first guests to the villa for this season and hope all gets sorted f your next guests.

Villa Nikita is positioned at the lower part of Son Bou so gives a reasonably flat walk into centre and to the beach. This I considered to be a plus when you see the position of some of the other villas set on the hillside ( we did not hire a car ). The villa was perfect for a family with a nice size pool and table tennis for the children. The outside seating and eating area was ideal for when we had evening meals and barbecues.
