- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

The villa has a 110cm wide path for access and has a front door width of 82cm. the other doors that access the pool are the dining room door which is 69cm wide and the living room sliding doors which can open approximately 2m. The width of the paths from villa to pool are 120cm wide and the ground is flat all around. There are 2 tiled steps down into the pool to enter. The width of the widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 68cm and the width of the widest bath/shower room is also 68cm. The location was very handy to shops and restaurants and close to two beaches. We did not hire a car and found it very easy to get around. We also used the airport shuttle bus and we were dropped off at Martha's Resort. It was a ten minute walk to the villa.

we stayed at Casa Busso 27th May 17 for a week 3 adults 2 kids 4 and 8. The villa is lovely and quiet, set on a residential street of 2 storey villas. The pool is a great size and depth for kids with a good waist high section and a deeper end (perfect for bombing) I must add it was a great temperature in May, not too shockingly cold. The shop and beach are about 5 mins walk, restaurants and the closests supermarket ten mins, down very quiet well lit streets, the villa itself is great a little dated maybe, but it didn't bother us and the shower was hot and powerful, kitchen fine, decent sized freezer for pint glasses, air con in all rooms, some English channels on tv (kids ones and film four and BBC), the upstairs apartment worked great for grandma and was probably the best room in the house. There is a safe in the downstairs which was useful all in all a fantastic holiday and only wish I was back there now.

Casa Busso is in a quiet residential area, just 5 or 6 minutes from shops and restaurants. The villa itself was quite spacious and had a large patio area and a good sized swimming pool. Cala Egos is a small resort but has a very good range of shops, supermarkets and restaurants. Compared to recent holidays, we have enjoyed eating out most nights and did not have one bad meal in two weeks.

The villa is well situated. Not too close but not too far to the center of this part of Cala Dor. A five minute walk at most, the best of both worlds. Having explored most of the sprawling Cala Dor resort we find this particular area, Cala Egos, to be our favourite. Our favourite part of the villa had to be the gardens and pool area. Well secluded with a decent sized pool.

We really enjoyed the villa, it was very roomy,clean and well situated.We hope to return as soon as possible. However we had a wonderful time. I can't remember the names of restaurants but the bar opposite the large hotel on Cala Egos beach was good for snacks,and we also enjoyed the Tapas Bar in Cala Egos centre (very Spanish within a touristy complex), and the restaurant at the corner of Avenida Cala Egos and Av. de sa marina.

Lovely pool, well maintained garden. Excellent location, Cala Egos is a lovely place. Plenty of space. Juliette, the Solmar rep, was very helpful when our taxi to the airport failed to arrive! Would recommend this villa.
