- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

To access the villa there is a path which is 155cm wide along with 1 step. The front door has a width of 90cm and other doors that access the pool area are the patio doors which are 145cm wide. Paths form the villa to the pool area are 360cm wide, the grounds are flat and the pool has roman steps to enter. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide which is the double room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide. The villa was modern and spacious. It was just outside Alcúdia old town so a car was required. The pool was an ideal size and there was a lovely outdoor eating area which was sheltered during the hot midday sun. The bedrooms were all large and three of them had a-joining terraces. The facilities in the villa were good. Only 1 hairdryer provided though so I’m glad we took our own. We had a quick visit from the cleaner and pool man half way through our stay. This provided fresh towels and a quick mop of the floors. All in all an excellent villa well appointed and in a quiet location. Not far from Alcúdia old town which was beautiful and also not far from Pollença. I would thoroughly recommend and my only fault with Solmar was they had misspelt the location name on our directions which made it difficult to find on the sat nav but an Alamo advisor realised the mistake and typed in the correct spelling.

Lovely villa, spacious, well laid out, very clean, everything we needed. Pretty views over farmland to the mountains. Pool was great and child safe too. Would recommend a car as too far to walk to any shops or restaurants. Beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa fabulous with soft golden sand, warm sea and very shallow, ideal for little children. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this villa and Solmar Villas.

Have just returned from villa Mallorca and had a lovely time. Excellent value for money.Villa spacious, clean and of high quality. Beds very comfy.All in all had a fab time and would use solmar villas again with no hesitation as service was excellent.
