Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.

The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

On the outskirts of Alcudia Old Town sits Villa Bon Passet. This magnificent villa is ideal for families, with an array of activities for the young ones within the spacious gardens. What caught our eye? It has to be the outdoor kitchen, complete with a brick-built BBQ, stove and double basin. The tiled worktops are ideal for prepping a crisp salad whilst some fresh fish is grilling on the BBQ. A dining table sits adjacent to the kitchen area, under a covered terrace, ideal for those wanting a spot of shade away from the sun. The covered beamed terrace wraps around this stunning property, offering multiple dining options, comfortable garden furniture and even table tennis. There's even a badminton games court! The glittering pool sits centre stage, with classic roman steps and a beautifully crafted mosaic starfish in the centre.

If you can bring yourself to leave the spectacular gardens, then head inside to the main house. On entering through a set of arched wooden doors you come to an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. Filled with character, beamed ceilings and a sandstone fireplace. This room has an ancestral feel to it. The kitchen, sat within the stone wall comes fully equipped with a hob, oven, microwave and even a dishwasher. A door leading off the kitchen takes you to a pantry area where you'll find the fridge/freezer. Next to the kitchen, you'll notice a recently renovated shower room, with a large walk-in rainfall shower. Two bedrooms complete the main house, one double and one twin room.

Head back outside and you'll notice the annex, adjacent to the comfy exterior day bed. Here we find the remaining bedroom, a spacious king-size bedroom with built in wardrobes, a flat screen TV and a large ensuite shower room.

If you're looking for a day at the beach, then San Pere and Sa Font de Sant Joan beaches are both just a short 5-minute walk way, with their white sand and crystal clear waters. Although we recommend a car for Villa Bon Passet, Alcudia Old Town is only a 25-minute walk away, with 2000 years of history behind it, this stunning resort is worth a trip day or night.

For environmental and energy savings, this villa has time air conditioning to ensure you have air conditioning during the middle of the day and throughout the night.
