You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Renovation works on the villa 2 doors away causing noise, drilling, banging and a loss of water supplies was not what we expected especially with a 6 month baby. Also issues with pool, dishwasher plus no clean bed linen or towels during our stay as indicated. We informed Sheree, Solmar Villa representative who said someone would be in contact with us.

Less than 30m from the sea. A lovely bay to swim in or watch kite surfers. A drive to any bars or restaurants but only 5 minutes. Namaste is the best curry house I have been to.

Good size villa with all the facilities we required including an excellent pool, comfortable outdoor shaded space with large table chairs and loungers. In quiet location close to sea and within walking distance of Alcúdia Old Town with good restaurants, shops and site seeing. Good service from local rep who arranged linen change. Access to Private parking space on drive obstructed by an inconsiderate driver one day.
