You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Rubydom Overview
This modern whitewashed villa offers the most incredible views across the Atlantic Ocean, thanks to its elevated position on a hillside just outside Calheta. The one-level villa is decorated and furnished in a simple yet tasteful manner, sleeping up to six guests. There are three bedrooms, each with direct access to the pool area, two bathrooms, an open-plan living room, a rustic dining area, and a kitchen equipped with all of the amenities needed to cook up a Madeiran feast. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors allow natural light to flood in which makes for a wonderful atmosphere, enabling guests to appreciate those breathtaking vistas from the comfort of the lounge.
The outside space encompasses a wonderful terrace area running the length of the villa, which creates a relaxing space in which to retreat at the end of a long day exploring the island. Stylish loungers frame the private heated* infinity pool, while outdoor seating and elegant dining furniture maximise the time spent wining and dining alfresco. The villa is just a ten-minute drive from Calheta, home to a variety of shops, delicious seafood restaurants, pretty churches and a lovely modern marina. Calheta stands out for its manmade beach boasting golden sands, lapped by azure waters which are calm and perfect for family beach days. With some of the most awe-inspiring hiking trails on your doorstep too, you will have everything you need for a fantastic villa holiday in this quiet corner of Madeira.
