You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Resort Description
Located in the south of the island, Sannat is a charming village best known for the Ta Cenc plateau and high cliffs - the highest cliffs on the island which offer outstanding views across the coastline.
The plateau is rich and flora and fauna and is a bird watchers paradise! Sannat is close to Mgarr ix-Xini bay which is very popular for diving, and is only a short drive from the island's capital Victoria.

The Villa was spacious and pleasantly, if very simply, furnished. The pool and pool area were wonderful and the different levels meant that there was lots of outdoor space and different places to sit at different parts of the day. The rooms all connect outside rather than inside - which works but was unexpected. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and a welcome pack of food had been very thoughtfully left.

The instructions to get to the villa were confusing at the end. The villa has a sign outside saying 'Zabetta Farmhouse' rather than a villa. The other downside is that there is a cattle farm about 1/4 away so that can affect the house depending on the breeze. It is fine if, like us, you are used to country atmosphere. There is also a building site nearby which does not impact hugely but there can be a bit of noise

A good location next to fields at the edge of Sannat. The access from room to room via the well planted courtyards was quite different. The pool is great. The agent and owners were very helpful and efficient. On balance a good villa delivering great value for money

Rated: Good. It would be helpful if the villa was listed with its signed name - Zabetta Farmhouse - this would help with finding it on arrival. The villa was well appointed and comfortably furnished. Lovely pool to enjoy.
