You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

The Olive Grove Overview
If you’re yearning for a secluded retreat to get away from it all, then The Olive Grove is the perfect choice. Located in the most rural section of Western Gozo, this charming four-bedroom villa makes for a tranquil getaway in a stunning corner of Malta. With over 1000 square metres all to yourself, there’s ample space for a large family or group of friends to relax and spend quality time together.
The spectacular property has been designed to exploit its breath-taking coastal views, with two spacious patio stoned roof terraces that are surrounded by lush Mediterranean gardens. Cool off in the large 11-meter swimming pool, with plenty of sun lounging spots to soak up some sun afterwards. As the evening draws in, enjoy drinks and dinner in the delightful alfresco dining area and watch the sun gently set.
The house is classically Gozitan and preserves all of its traditional charm, with rustic décor and furnishings that help keep its original character. The ground floor features a wide living space that merges with an open-plan living and kitchen area, with a set of three large glass doors allowing for lots of natural light.
Just a short stroll away, you can find the quaint village of San Lawrenz, which has a fantastic selection of several restaurants to tempt your taste buds. Further afield, the charming beach of Dwerja is just a few kilometres away and boasts incredible natural rock formations and sea caves to explore.
