You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Orient Platinum Overview
Villa Orient Platinum will take your breath away, perched on the hillside just above the beach at XIgia, renowned for its healing and health benefits, the sulphur springs beside the bay attract visitors from all over the island - the view is quite simply…breathtaking!
The large infinity pool offers an uninterrupted view to the sea and beyond, the endless blue of the Ionian and there is plenty of space around the pool to enjoy this from the “in pool” sunbathing platforms to the spacious sun-drenched terrace, the shaded pergola area and the covered outdoor kitchen/barbecue kiosk.
Reached by a short steep hill driveway from the coastal road, you reach Orient Platinum through electronic gates into the fully enclosed property to enjoy total privacy.
The interior is spread out over two level, offering spacious light filled rooms. The massive living room with open plan dining area and beautiful fitted kitchen, offers comfortable seating around a decorative fireplace and large glass patio doors take the eye through to the pool area and that view.
On this floor there are also two bedrooms, both doubles, one with direct access to the pool terrace through large sliding glass patio doors, both of which share a walk-in wardrobe area and bathroom featuring a whirlpool bathtub.
The upper floor where, as you can imagine, the views are even more spectacular, if that is possible, houses another two bedrooms both with their own bathrooms and large sea facing balcony.
Orient Platinum offers some unusual extra security features with a full alarm system and CCTV system PLUS two “safe rooms”.

Situated on the north east coast of Zakynthos looking across the blue azure to Kefalonia the tiny traditional area of Xigia is really just a picturesque beach and a few local season facilities.

The views are absolutely stunning and the port of Aghios Nicholaos is just a 10 minute drive to the north, which leads to the Blue Caves and Shipwreck Beach, so an ideal base if you are interested in exploring these areas.
