We know that you might be feeling uncertain about booking your next holiday with the ever-changing travel restrictions, which is why we've introduced our Travel Restrictions Guarantee for your peace of mind.
Book your next villa holiday with confidence, safe in the knowledge that you can either move your dates or receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid if your travel dates are restricted by either FCDO/local government advice advice or local restrictions in your destination country.*
The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.
Terms and Conditions
'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.

Villa Petradi is a beautiful, stone built, three-bedroom villa just outside Porto Roma in Zakynthos. On a dramatic stretch of coastline, the villa affords stunning, panoramic views over the ocean.
At the foot of the villa lies a turquoise swimming pool and lawn, dotted with sun loungers. Enjoy the peaceful sound of the waves below as you relax under the sun. A cleverly crafted, wooden day bed provides a private spot for a romantic moment or an afternoon siesta.
Built on two floors, steps lead up to an outdoor terrace area, the perfect place for sundowners. Moving inside, the villa décor is light, with a natural stone feature wall. An open plan living and dining area houses a comfortable sofa and contemporary kitchen. There are three well-appointed bedrooms; a master bedroom with a double bed, a further double and a twin bedroom which opens out onto the terrace.
Located just south of Porto Roma on the Vassilikos peninsula in Zakynthos, it is only a few minutes’ walk to the local beach and taverna. Directly under the villa the rocky outcrop offers a rough path (stone steps and low rope marker) to the sea. Porta Roma is a picturesque hamlet with a petite fishing port. It has one of the most attractive beaches in Zakynthos, which is uncrowded and a great place to spend a relaxing afternoon.

Zakynthos International Airport (ZTH)
This is probably the most favoured area for villa holidays on Zakynthos offering stunning scenery, glorious beaches and just enough shops and restaurants to keep you occupied whilst being a relatively short drive from Zakynthos Town and the airport.
Vasilikos is the area on the north east coast of the island looking over to the Greek mainland and runs from just south of Argassi, a popular resort south of Zakynthos Town to the tip of the peninsula. Vasilikos boats beautiful pine woods, rolling olive groves and several lovely coastal areas such as Aghios Nikoloas, Porto Roma and Xerokastello where you can find a few shops and restaurants and lovely bays to sunbathe and swim. The famous Banana Beach is a large expanse of sand popular with the locals and much frequented by Italian visitors in August.
