You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

The villa comes well-equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing stay, and sleeps four guests making it suitable for a small family or group. There are seating spots aplenty, with a wide shaded terrace boasting fabulous views over the garden and olive-clad countryside below, and a spacious open terrace from which you can gaze out to sea in the distance. Resort Description
On the far western side of the Bay of Laganas lies the village and lagoon of Keri. As is common on Greek Islands, the village itself is set back in the hills, and features narrow streets and traditional houses around the local “kafeneion”.
A selection of restaurants and small shops run along the waterfront, and a stretch of pebble beach, backed by trees with pristine sea and sand underfoot, awaits. From here you can visit the island of Marathonisi (a tiny rocky outcrop), take a boat to Turtle beach, visit the caves or enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets from the site of the Lighthouse.
A peaceful seaside village, Keri is perfect for couples seeking relaxation or families. Zakynthos Town is approximately 20 kilometres away.

Lovely villa in a great location, close to everything we needed. The owner of the villa, Panagiotis Livos made us very welcome and cleaned the pool and patio every evening , checking everything was ok for us
