You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Keri View Overview
A generous three bedroomed villa on three levels which is ideal for a larger family or friends holidaying together.
Villa Keri View offers a bright light filled living room and kitchen on the middle floor, on the same level as the parking area. With the master bedroom suite upstairs – this offers privacy for one couple and amazing view from this balcony across the entire area. The further two bedrooms are located on the garden level, each with their own bathroom and direct access out to the garden and pool terrace. The owner has thoughtfully provided small fridges in all bedrooms so a cool drink is never far away and the TV system, in living room and all bedrooms, offers many English language programmes including films and children's programmes as well as documentaries and sports. All levels are joined by interior staircases but there is also an outdoor staircase directly from the living room down to the garden level.
A short drive down the hill takes you to Limni with its selection of small shops and restaurants, and long stretch of sand and shingle beach – but boats are available to venture farther afield if you should wish to explore.

Resort Description
On the far western side of the Bay of Laganas lies the village and lagoon of Keri. As is common on Greek Islands, the village itself is set back in the hills, and features narrow streets and traditional houses around the local “kafeneion”.
A selection of restaurants and small shops run along the waterfront, and a stretch of pebble beach, backed by trees with pristine sea and sand underfoot, awaits. From here you can visit the island of Marathonisi (a tiny rocky outcrop), take a boat to Turtle beach, visit the caves or enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets from the site of the Lighthouse.
A peaceful seaside village, Keri is perfect for couples seeking relaxation or families. Zakynthos Town is approximately 20 kilometres away.
