You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Stagio Overview
A stunning two floored villa built in gorgeous local stone, just a short walk from the sandy beach and restaurants. This villa is an absolute gem, tucked away in a large garden backed by mountains but so close to the resort of Alykes which offers all the facilities for a great holiday.
The lovely pool is surrounded by a lawn and a fabulous barbecue with an al fresco dining terrace that will tempt you to try out your grilling skills.
The villa's interior offers cool, solid stone walls and stylish modern design, very spacious living areas all leading out to the shaded terrace and garden. The upper floor has two interior staircases leading to two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom respectively, making this villa ideal for two friendly families travelling together. The long, sea facing, covered balcony from where you can enjoy views across to the coastline and resort, is communal.

To access the villa there is a path which is 170cm wide which leads up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 77cm and other doors that access the pool area are 102cm wide. The ground is flat and grassy with stone steps that lead to the pool area, also the pool has roman steps to enter. There are no bedrooms or bathrooms on the ground floor, the closest is up 17 steps to the first floor. Alykes allures you to the fascinating salt flats which separate the town from nearby Alykanas in the north of Zakynthos. Having stayed in this village for the past 20 years and having tried almost every villa in the area I can 100% confirm that Villa Stagio is one of the best! Perfect Location - stunning gardens that are beautifully maintained, gorgeous pool/bbq area and perfect for a larger/multigenerational family gathering. Walking distance to the village/beach and easy access to the mountain coastal roads over to the Port.

We absolutely loved Villa stagio, the villa itself was above & beyond our expectations & had everything you needed. Lina the owner was there to greet us, who also went above & beyond throughout our time there. We was informed by the locals the recent affect of TC had a big affect on the local area including restaurants & bars and that’s why a lot was shut but nonetheless what was open we absolutely loved, especially El Greco & Jungle bar. We can’t wait to return again.

Villa Stagio was fantastic, the location was perfect as it was quiet but a short walk into the town and the beach, but with taverna's and bars also near by. The pool was well maintained as was the villa. A week wasn't long enough and we would definitely recommend to friends.

This villa is amazing! Had everything you could possibly need and more! The owner is so lovely and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We cannot wait to go back and would highly recommend. It is a pleasant 15 walk into the local town which has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. A fantastic holiday from start to finish
