You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Lambis Filoxenia Overview
Recently completed just behind the supremely popular Lambis Athina and Lambis Harmonia villas, this lovely little gem of a house is a perfect 'home from home' for a couple or a small family. Protected by a high wall and situated in a pretty courtyard the pool, with Jacuzzi jet section, is raised above the remaining terrace. There is a built in barbecue for alfresco dining and plenty of room to relax and enjoy the peace.
Modern, stylish interior with two elegant bedrooms, each with their own shower room and comfortable living area with open plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen.
All of this and just a short easy stroll to the nearby shops and restaurants. Just a little further and you can walk down into Lindos to explore and enjoy the delights of this lovely traditionally styled Rhodian village, topped by the Acropolis, and teeming with restaurants, bars and shops surrounding the pretty horseshoe bay and beach. An ideal base to explore this very picturesque area.

This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide along with 1 step up to the villa itself. The front door has a width of 80cm and other doors that access the pool area are 80cm. Paths from the villa to the pool are 90cm wide and there are 3 steps up to the pool. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 71cm wide which is the main bedroom and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 71cm wide which is the shower room.
