The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

Ixian Hilltop Overview
Ixian Hilltop is a uniquely designed, luxurious villa located on a hillside above Ixia, just five kilometres from Rhodes town centre. Set in one of the most privileged parts of the island offering privacy and security, it is the perfect family home with the feel of a countryside retreat.
Designed over three levels with impressive architecture and minimalist style, it offers a modern yet comfortable feel. The villa boasts an impressive two kitchens on different levels, as well as two stylish living rooms on the central level with a piano and dining room seating twelve guests. On the garden level there is another large, welcoming living room equipped with a small gym as well as a cosy corner to enjoy a book.
On the upper level there are three spacious bedrooms with their own balcony and mountain and sea views. The master bedroom has its own wardrobe and large bathroom, while the fourth bedroom is on the garden level with an ensuite bathroom and a balcony door leading to the garden.
Ixian Hilltop is set in sprawling grounds with native vegetation, large lawn areas and mature trees. There is a large swimming pool which is partially shaded and surrounded with sunbeds and chic beanbags, a living area and dining area with a barbecue. The villa’s main balcony also offers a table with chairs and an umbrella, another quiet corner for some downtime and the ideal spot to enjoy the sea views and magnificent sunsets.

Windsurfing, parasailing and jet skiing are all on offer for those seeking an adrenaline rush.
