You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.

Alkyoni Villa is set over three floors, decorated in a traditional, rustic style. Upstairs bedrooms have access to the wraparound balcony affording panoramic sea views and there’s a fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. The lounge provides ample living space with multiple seating areas and leads to an elevated veranda equipped with furniture. The terrace overlooks the wonderful swimming pool area and offers a 225-degree view towards the Aegean Sea, bound to take your breath away. On the lower ground floor of the villa, many fun-filled hours can be spent in the games room with a pool table, chill-out area and library, where you'll also find the fourth bedroom and a shower room. If a laid-back tempo is your thing then a villa holiday to Gennadi is an excellent choice. Once a small fishing hamlet, this traditional village is today a fantastic area to make base for your holiday in Rhodes thanks to its spectacular sandy beach and variety of restaurants. Gennadi sets just the right balance of traditional and authenticity along with a modern, up-and-coming vibe, with restaurants, shops and a bakery surrounding a pretty village square. The beach itself is around one kilometre downhill and is perhaps the most beautfiful in all of Rhodes. The six kilometre stretch of sand and fine pebbles along the southeast corner of the island includes beachfront bars and seafood stalls and has the prestigious Blue-Flag status. Locals from all over Rhodes visit the beach on a Sunday evening for the 'Sundance' beach party - meaning a visit here cannot go unmissed! Gennadi is ideally situated close to Lindos, the 'Jewel in Rhodes' Crown' with its ancient acropolis and beautiful whitewashed buildings.

The villa was excellent. Very spacious with so many leisure goods to occupy everyone, pool table, table tennis, bikes etc. Pool was fabulous & patio & bbq area excellent. Well catered for inside & very peaceful.
