- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.

Villa Leda Overview
Enjoy your own slice of paradise with this charming four-bedroom hideaway. Perching on a hillside overlooking the coastline, Villa Leda has been built using a traditional stonemason technique. Natural stone, terracotta tiles and olive green shutters give Villa Leda a farmhouse appeal.
Nestled amongst the olive groves, the villa is surrounded by beautiful stone decking with sun loungers, director chairs and coffee tables. A glistening pool to cool off in and a shady pergola offer the perfect place to relax outdoors. There is also an al fresco dining area with a wonderful view overlooking the bay. What a gorgeous place to enjoy some souvlaki in pita with tzatziki. The chef of the family will adore the covered traditional Greek BBQ, set in an old style stone kitchen. A modern fitted kitchen also features.
Indoors, light decor, ash beam ceilings and elegant furniture creates an easy living feel to the home. We loved the mix of pale stone, whitewashed walls and warm wooden beams above the doors. Soft lighting transforms the space into a cosy lounge at night. Capable of accommodating eight adults, the bedroom’s feature chic furnishings and lots of light.
Set in the small harbour village of Sivota with its traditional charm, you’ll fall in the love with island life in a heartbeat.

Resort Description
Sivota is quite possibly the prettiest fishing village you are likely to come across. Located in the south east corner of Lefkas, Sivota boasts one of the prettiest and most colourful little natural harbours we have ever encountered.
For enthusiastic photographers, you’ll have a hard time convincing your friends that your images have not been photo shopped, such are the vivid contrasts between the green olive groves that tumble down to the water’s edge of the aqua marine cobalt blue waters of this stunning scene. Simply stunning.
Sivota has evolved over recent years and has become a firm favourite with the yachting fraternity, who enjoy mooring in the idyllic harbour of an evening and of course, who equally enjoy hopping ashore on their tender dinghies and dining in one of the many excellent seafood restaurants and trendy café bars that have sprung up over the years.

Villa was spacious and cool inside. The garden had a good selection of furniture and a very pleasant pool. The short walk down the road into the villlage was very easy and the combination of this and the view of both the harbour and the hills made the location ideal for us. Sivota bakery is excellent not only for bread and pastries but also breakfast and evening meals. We had a very relaxing week. I would highly recommend this villa.

We have stayed in several Greek villas over the years and this is definitely the best. The location is fantastic, high enough up out of the resort so that you get fabulous views, yet close enough to walk out to bars and restaurants at night. The outside space is amazing, so many different seating and sunbathing areas - plenty of sun or shade whichever you prefer. Inside the villa is gorgeous, hugely spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool is lovely with convenient steps into it as well as a ladder. Fantastically efficient air conditioning in the huge living space as well as all the bedrooms. More wardrobe and drawer space than I've got at home. Well equipped kitchen inside and outside! I actually can't think of any negatives.

Villa Leda, is set in a tranquil location, perfect for a relaxing holiday. It is located just a few minutes walk to the marina and restaurants, where the staff were very friendly. Trish , Solmar Villas representative in Syvota was more than helpful and went the extra mile to offer assistance. I would highly recommend this villa.

Villa Leda in Sivota Lefkada greece is superb, the whole villa is a delight with lots of thought gone into make it as comfortable as possible. The maid/pool service was excellent and they came at least 4 times during our stay with the pool guy arriving at 7 in the morning after a heavy storm the previous night to make sure that the pool was cleaned for us that day. A 5 star performance from both the villa and the support staff. We could not have been happier there.

An absolute beautiful villa with an amazing view across Syvota bay. The outside seating was incredible - we managed to use each of the varying areas during the day and evenings. The kitchen was very well equipped for those home cooking evenings. The resort of Syvota was lovely with many fine tavernas with good food. Very convenient as you are able to walk there from the villa. Overall - first class.

Good location. It was walking distance to the harbour. It was also very private and the outdoor space was very flexible. Every window had bug screens which greatly helped to prevent bites. However, the cleaner came midweek, which was lovely.

I have stayed in many villas over the years and I would class this as one of the best. We had a problem with power cuts one afternoon and the owner arrived in 10 minutes to see if there was anything he could do. There was a good selection of restaurants, a few gift shops and a couple of small supermarkets. If you didn't want to leave the resort you didn't have to as everything was there. I nearly forgot the lovely bakery that had fresh bread and cakes daily and served a wonderful breakfast. All in all I could not fault the villa or resort and would definitely go back there.

Rated: Excellent. The villa was beautifully decorated, modern, clean and with top quality fixtures and fittings. The situation on a quiet hillside above Sivota was wonderful with only a 5 minute walk down to the tavernas and supermarkets. The outside pool and entertaining area was perfect, with a huge outside barbeque/kitchen and lots of seating. All in all, the perfect villa!
