The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.
Terms and Conditions
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' applies to bookings for arrival between 1st May 2021 and 31st December 2021 only.
- If there are restrictions advising against travel to your chosen destination country, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- If there are restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination, you will be able to cancel your villa and receive a voucher for the full amount paid for your villa to rebook when you are ready to do so.
- 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is automatically included in the search results price on the solmarvillas.com website.
- The premium paid for 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-commissionable.
- The premium can be removed from the basket if not required. If removed during booking, you still have 7 days from confirmation to add this back on if needed.
- For bookings made less than 6 weeks before arrival, this premium can't be added or removed after booking.
- The 'Travel Restrictions Guarantee' is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-commissionable.
- Cancellation of the booking will also result in loss of the premium paid.
- You should ensure you have adequate comprehensive travel insurance to protect you in cases of cancellation for any other reason including, but no limited to, being unable to travel due to airline failure or cancellation, being quarantined for or diagnosed with Covid-19 or unable to travel due to work commitments or restrictions upon return.

Villa Iris Marine Overview
The second of the exceptional Iris Villas, Iris Marine, is accessed by private electronic gates into its parking area and garden. The villa, set all on one level, is a modern, light-filled and enchanting holiday villa in an exceptional location.
Set atop the grounds, which offer large grassed areas and many fruit trees with the Ionian sea directly below, a private path with several flights of steps leads down to your own swimming and sunbathing platform. The glorious infinity pool is situated just outside the main living room with ample sunbathing terrace and awe inspiring sea views. The comings and goings of the yachts in and out of Sivota Bay will keep you amused for hours, whilst the coastline of Lefkada spreads out before you, and the sea is dotted with the tiny islands of Arkoudi, Atokos, Kalamos and Kastos.
The main living/dining room with an open plan kitchen offers huge glass windows and doors looking alternatively across the blue pool or out to sea, and the large covered area of terrace is conveniently close to the kitchen. A barbecue is also offered so that you can enjoy some al fresco cooking. Three gorgeous bedrooms and two shower rooms, which both offer massage/Jacuzzi jet showers, complete the interior of the villa.
Sivota Bay is just a five minute drive away, so not far to the shops and a choice of restaurants if you can be persuaded to leave the paradise of Villa Iris Marine. The nearest sandy beach is Ammoussa, approximately 12 kilometres away (15 minutes' drive) and water sports can be found at Vasiliki which is approximately the same distance.
*Due to the fabulous panoramic views and stunning waterfront location at this villa extra supervision will be needed if small children are in your group. Whilst the steps from the pool to the lower garden areas and the access to the swimming platform at the sea is gated, the railings around the main villa balconies and pool area have horizontal bars which could be a climbing allurement for small children (shown in the photographs). The extensive garden/plot has many areas where there are unprotected drops to lower garden levels.

Resort Description
Sivota is quite possibly the prettiest fishing village you are likely to come across. Located in the south east corner of Lefkas, Sivota boasts one of the prettiest and most colourful little natural harbours we have ever encountered.
For enthusiastic photographers, you’ll have a hard time convincing your friends that your images have not been photo shopped, such are the vivid contrasts between the green olive groves that tumble down to the water’s edge of the aqua marine cobalt blue waters of this stunning scene. Simply stunning.
Sivota has evolved over recent years and has become a firm favourite with the yachting fraternity, who enjoy mooring in the idyllic harbour of an evening and of course, who equally enjoy hopping ashore on their tender dinghies and dining in one of the many excellent seafood restaurants and trendy café bars that have sprung up over the years.

Modern villa in a lovely secluded location. Amazing sunrise views. Very quiet location and dark night skies. 5 minute drive to Syvota with a number of good restaurants and a couple of small shops. 20 minute drive to Vasiliki for good butchers and grocers. Would recommend for a relaxing break but also to explore Lefkada by car or boat.

The panoramic views were to die for. Excellent location near to Sivota's facilities but villa located on a quiet road. Well equipped and comfortably furnished.
