For those seeking uninterrupted sea views, with access by footpath below the villa to a private water side sunbathing area and a jetty, then look no further than Villa Agapi.
This is a beautifully constructed villa, with the design of the interiors having been carefully planned to take full advantage of the spectacular sea views. Spacious, light and airy, the contemporary and stylishly furnished living/dining area and fully equipped compact kitchen reflect an understated contrast to the verdant and natural beauty of nature’s design outside.
The lovely veranda leading from the living area is perfect for relaxing on the comfortable chairs. From the living room stairs lead up to two further bedrooms, with spectacular views over Sivota Bay. The double bedroom has its own generous and furnished balcony. The lower ground floor studio is accessed via an external staircase and path.
We have taken the liberty of including some photos of the jetty below this villa which is shared only with fellow Solmar Villas guests staying in Villa Elpida and Villa Pisti which you can access via steps and a short path just down the road from the villa.

Sivota is quite possibly the prettiest fishing village you are likely to come across. Located in the south east corner of Lefkas, Sivota boasts one of the prettiest and most colourful little natural harbours we have ever encountered.
For enthusiastic photographers, you’ll have a hard time convincing your friends that your images have not been photo shopped, such are the vivid contrasts between the green olive groves that tumble down to the water’s edge of the aqua marine cobalt blue waters of this stunning scene. Simply stunning.
Sivota has evolved over recent years and has become a firm favourite with the yachting fraternity, who enjoy mooring in the idyllic harbour of an evening and of course, who equally enjoy hopping ashore on their tender dinghies and dining in one of the many excellent seafood restaurants and trendy café bars that have sprung up over the years.
Wonderful Olga made our stay. Great position and will definitely come back.

Beautiful villa, just be aware the downstairs twin bedroom is not connected to the main house. We ended up with the lovely house keeper coming out to let our kids in who had locked the key in their room. There's only one key and it's a Yale type lock. We know the area and had rented boats from the Bakery in Sivota. Thomas, the owner of the bakery will not let you keep boats there over night. He says there have been a number of incidents at the jetty as it is open sea. You can use it to drop off but we had to return our boats to Sivota each night and walk home. Not what you are advertising.

Location, layout, comfortable, pool and jetty secluded. Small resort not touristy, friendly local shops restaurants.

The villa is nice and private - the unmade road is a lot longer and bumpier than expected and to be honest was a little frustrating to use. Hiring a local boat and tying to the jetty of the house was a nice feeling. The little town of Sivota is a gem, lovely fish and Greek food restaurant's - very well presented. The house needs a couple of very small jobs doing - 1, the toilet in the master en-suite runs all the time, 2. the water pressure to the master en-suite sink is poor and 3. there is a loose stone on the pattio just outside the rear exit to the pool, that could do we a repair before the next season - but all OK for now. We had a lovely Honeymoon at the house.

The villa was lovely but quite a way from Sivota harbour, a car is a necessity. Could have done with some sort of fixed shade area as it was quite windy every afternoon and we were unable to put the parasols up. Sivota harbour was fantastic, good selection of restaurants.

We traveled with another couple. Everything was pretty much perfect. Fantastic location overlooking Sivota Bay and nearby islands. The villa was very good size and quality. Clean and well furnished. We hired a boat for the week which was fantastic. We used it to go to dinner each night and explore during the day - talk to Helen at Trident Boat Hire who was happy for the boat to be used in Sivota

Rated: Excellent. The perfect place to go for the most unspoilt piece of coastline at the end of a 3km track with a private pontoon and a delightful villa... Sea views, all day long, swimming off the jetty all hours of the day, great pool, and huge bedrooms (though the four poster bed squeaked if you moved an inch), BBQs in the evening... Lovely ladies who came to clean half way through the week. Sivota just a 10 minute drive away - essential to have a hire car to get anywhere as the drive/rd to the villa is long and steep..Pretty perfect!

The villa was lovely, in a very peaceful location. Sivota was a delightful place with plenty of places to eat, and enough mini markets to stock up in.

Stayed here in mid-September. The villa is located towards the end of an un-made up road with stunning views across the bay and back towards Sivota. The property is beautifully sunny and the aspect allows you to enjoy sunshine all day. The garden furniture is good quality with two really good sun shades and the infinity pool enjoys superb views. The garden area is totally private and well maintained.... Really helpful housekeeper who spoke excellent English and couldn't do enough to help. Would definitely recommend the villa and location and would return.
