You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Villa Artemis is a beautiful spacious villa set in large, terraced grounds nestled on the hillside offering fantastic views of Vlicho Bay, Nidri and the beautiful surrounding green hills.
Designed to a very high standard and comprising three well-equipped good sized bedrooms with air conditioning, the villa comfortably houses six guests with room for up to 9 thanks to an extra sofa bed and fold up bed in the separate studio on the ground floor.
A fantastic kidney shaped swimming pool sits pride of place on the sun-kissed terrace, which also boasts plentiful sunbathing spots and further terraces offer dining and sitting areas from which you can gaze at the island’s scenery on the horizon.
This villa is also accessible for wheelchair users thanks to a first floor double bedroom (accessible by a lift) with en-suite disabled adapted shower room.

Resort Description
Located on the east coast of the gorgeously diverse island of Lefkas, and not that far from Preveza international airport which services this stunning island, the delightful seaside village of Nidri is a family friendly village with an excellent variety of amenities and activities, including a fabulous choice of low key watersports to cater for all the family.
From Nidri port you can take boat trips to the many outlying islands, from Meganissi (now becoming a holiday destination in its’ own right) to tiny jewels of islets that are uninhabited, and also to a selection of Lefkas’s famous white sandy beaches, many of which can only be reached by boat.
Evenings here find you sauntering past pretty little Greek fishing cottages on friendly and colourful bougainvillea clad streets, joining the locals for a game of cards or backgammon, shopping for souvenirs in the many shops or dining out in one of the many charming restaurants.
