You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Xenos Dio has the wow factor when it comes to its outdoor space and stylishly showcases the unbelievable scenery. Take a short walk to the golden sands of Tigaki Beach, where you can head down for a peaceful morning swim in the warm sea water. We can just imagine afternoons spent having lunch under the shaded roof terrace whilst admiring the distant glistening Aegean Sea in the background. With your own barbecue set, you can even grill up your own outdoor feast. If relaxation is on your mind, there are plenty of sun loungers to top up the tan and a kidney-shaped swimming pool for some refreshing dips all set in a beautiful garden with colourful shrubs and flowers. Next to the pool is a raised sitting pool, a great place to sit with a drink, which overflows into the main pool.
An architectural beauty, the straight-cut design and grand glass windows make the villa glow with a modern luxe. The interiors are a breath of fresh air, shining with a crisp contemporary look and an open-plan layout that exudes spaciousness. Wrapped by large windows and sliding glass doors, the living space comes to life with swathes of natural light seeping in. The kitchen is top-notch, with high-end appliances that will please any budding chef.
