You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Villa Lefkiena Overview
In an enviable elevated position overlooking Sami Bay, the gorgeous Lefkiena villa enjoys both stunning sea views as well as a backdrop of rolling countryside vistas. This chic three-bedroom property has sophisticated interiors, plenty of outdoor space and is within walking distance of Karavomylos which offers a beach and several small shops and restaurant as well as Melissani Lake, one of Kefalonia’s amazing natural attractions.
Enter through the ground floor front door to access the stylish open-plan lounge, decorated in calming neutral tones with a comfortable L-shaped sofa plus a flat screen TV. The lovely dining area has exposed stone walls and is set next to floor-to-ceiling sliding doors to the terrace, which allow plenty of light to flood in. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with another smaller dining table on this level. Upstairs on the first floor are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin, each with private balconies where you can sit and enjoy views towards the coastline. The third bedroom along with a bathroom is on the basement level, which offers independence to older teens or grandparents who wish to have some privacy.
The smart grounds feature a decked and shaded alfresco dining area and barbecue, with several steps down to a lawned area with sunloungers and the infinity pool. More steps down bring you to a larger lawn with plenty of space for children to run around. Just three kilometres away is the village and port of Sami with a good selection of traditional tavernas, waterfront cafes and bars. You're also well positioned to explore the gorgeous nearby beaches between Karavomylos and Aghia Efimia as well as famous Antisamos beach.

Resort Description
Located on the east coast of Kefalonia island, looking across to the nearby island of Ithaka (regular boat trips and small ferries run between these two areas), Sami is a lively village that has grown up around the Port and offers a wealth of facilities including waterfront cafés, bars and restaurants, good watersports facilities and the “jewel in the crown” – Antisami beach.
An easy stroll takes you along the coast to Karavomilos beach and the many picturesque pebbly coves along that coastline as it winds on to Aghia Efimia. Just a short drive from Sami will bring you to Myrtos beach – constantly listed as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Mediterranean. In addition to this two of the major attractions of Kefalonia (Melisani Lake and the Drogerato Caves) are both located just outside Sami – so a holiday based in Sami is a great location for exploring this wonderful island.
Family holidays to Sami are certainly focused on the lovely beaches, but there's plenty to enjoy away from the shoreline too – not least the fact that this popular family friendly village has retained a lot of its traditional character, along with all the kindliness of its former fishing port village character. Evenings here are low key, a leisurely meal in a local taverna, followed by a drink or two in a waterfront café bar, followed by a sunset stroll along the waterfront whilst gazing up at the stars on the way back to your villa.

Outside balcony/ terraces very dirty ,tables and chairs filthy with cigarette burns and cancel wax from previous people,Glass panels around pool and seating areas filthy and very lazy cleaner who dose not clean,Three beds out of four were completely broken we brought this to the owners attention but nothing was revolved

A lovely villa which overlooks the ocean, stunning views. Lovely dark tiled pool area with sufficient loungers for 6 guests. 10 minute walk to tavernas and beach.

Lovely villa with great views of the Ionian sea from the balconies. Great outdoor space with a wonderful infinity pool. Can't really fault the villa itself. The resort of Karavomylos is extremely quiet with just a couple of Tavernas one being right on the seafront which was excellent. BE WARNED ... there are no supermarkets in the resort they are closed... nearest ones are in Sami about a 5 minute drive away... There are 2 bakeries in the village which are useful. Lots of good Tavernas and cafes in Sami. Overall a fantastic villa but you really do need a car ... you can walk to Sami along the front which is about a 20/30 minute walk. It's quite a climb back to villa from the seafront.
