You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Set on a wooded hillside overlooking the stunning coastline below and gazing across to St Nicholas islet, the beautiful Villa Luna Sivota will send your senses reeling! As soon as the electric gates slide back to open up this hidden treasure you will be totally enamoured with the glorious setting, panoramic views, the wonderful pool and extensive terraces spread before you.
Here is a secluded haven for total relaxation and indulgence. The infinity pool, with elegant roman steps and whirlpool spa section can be heated for you in April, May and October* takes pride of place. Beyond is the extensive shaded area that offers relief from the sun, ideal for elegant al fresco dining or simply relaxing on the comfortable sofas with a glass of wine and a good book.
The garden surrounding the terraced area is planted with indigenous shrubs and there is even a helicopter landing pad for private heli transfers from Corfu or Preveza airport! In addition an outdoor gym and barbecue complete the exterior wonders.
Moving inside you will discover a spacious, light filled living area with huge floor to ceiling glass doors and elegant furnishings designed for comfort. A superb fully fitted kitchen caters for all your needs.
The Master bedroom on the upper level is huge, with two walls totally given over to large windows so that none of the view is lost. There is also an upper floor verandah where you can escape to contemplate in peace. The 5th bedroom is perfect for an additional couple who would like a little privacy, reached by a path from the pool terrace and situated below the main terrace it is totally separate and comprises a massive open space with king size bed, open plan bathroom with double shower and a small sitting area. There is even a small private patio for this room.
If the Ionian coast is the crown, Luna is the jewel in that crown, ideal for a perfect holiday with good friends or extended family or just for a smaller party who would like to spread out.
Guests at Villa Luna Sivota are able to use the facilities at the resort below the villa, including the beach, however charges may apply
