Villa Alkyoni Overview
With a magnificent private swimming pool and ideal setting close to a beach lapped by the Aegean the sea, Villa Alkyoni is bound to exceed expectations. Located on the southeast side of the island close to the resort of Gennadi, you have everything you need for a sun-baked villa holiday in Rhodes.
Alkyoni Villa is set over three floors, decorated in a traditional, rustic style. Upstairs bedrooms have access to the wraparound balcony affording panoramic sea views and there’s a fully equipped kitchen and three bathrooms. The lounge provides ample living space with multiple seating areas and leads to an elevated veranda equipped with furniture. The terrace overlooks the wonderful swimming pool area and offers a 225-degree view towards the Aegean Sea, bound to take your breath away. On the lower ground floor of the villa, many fun-filled hours can be spent in the games room with a pool table, chill-out area and library, where you'll also find the fourth bedroom and a shower room. The villa sits in a generous plot of land dotted with many Mediterranean trees and flowers that form a private oasis. There is a dining area and barbecue to whip up an alfresco meal and even table-tennis for a fun-filled afternoon. Alternatively, relax around the serene private swimming pool and let all of your cares drift away.
A short walk away is Lahania beach which boasts a Blue-Flag status, and the village of Gennadi is just a five-minute drive away, home to a variety of restaurants and beachfront bars. Once a small fishing hamlet, this traditional village is today a fantastic area to make base for your holiday in Rhodes thanks to its spectacular sandy beach and variety of restaurants. Gennadi sets just the right balance of traditional and authenticity along with a modern, up-and-coming vibe, with restaurants, shops and a bakery surrounding a pretty village square. The beach itself is around one kilometre downhill and is perhaps the most beautfiful in all of Rhodes. The six kilometre stretch of sand and fine pebbles along the southeast corner of the island includes beachfront bars and seafood stalls and has the prestigious Blue-Flag status. Gennadi is ideally situated close to Lindos, the 'Jewel in Rhodes' Crown' with its ancient acropolis and beautiful whitewashed buildings.

The villa was excellent. Very spacious with so many leisure goods to occupy everyone, pool table, table tennis, bikes etc. Pool was fabulous & patio & bbq area excellent. Well catered for inside & very peaceful.
