You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Villa Trules Overview
For a family villa holiday in the Cretan countryside, Villa Trules offers the complete package, combining a great location close to the sandy beaches of Rethymnon, a private swimming pool, and a wonderful children’s playground.
Set over one floor, the villa is tastefully furnished, bright, and airy, offering four bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms, along with a separate bathroom and a large lounge with an adjoining kitchen and dining area. Large patio doors open onto the raised shaded terrace with a stylish hanging chair and dining area, perfect for a lingering evening drink after the younger ones are tucked up in bed. This area is linked by stone stairs leading down to the pool terrace, where guests can enjoy comfortable sunbeds, an alfresco breakfast bar, table tennis, and a brick-built barbecue. Another level down is a dedicated children’s playground with soft ground surrounded by trees.
The resort of Rethymnon is a ten-minute drive away. Built around miles of sandy beach, there is a long promenade with ample shops, bars, cafes, and restaurants, so you have all you need in one area. Beyond the town, you can visit ancient monasteries, traditional villages with churches, and the striking White Mountains.

Resort Description
The lovely harbour town of Rethymnon is located on the north coast of Crete between the capital, Heraklion and Chania and conveniently served by two airports.
The historic centre offers a great deal with its hallmark fortress, pretty paved alleyways, a plethora of shops and excellent tavernas serving traditional Cretan fare and fish. The Town also boasts a palm lined promenade and a long sandy beach and various festivals are held here throughout the summer season including the well-known Wine Festival in September.
We offer a beautiful selection of villas in Rethymnon, located along the coast to the east and west of the town and also just slightly up into the hills behind the centre, close to charming hillside villages offering panoramic views along a stunning coastline; Atsipopoulos, Asteri, Maroulas and Gerani to name but a few.

Villa Trules is suitable for all ages, there is a lovely little playground for young children, although they would need to be watched around the pool as it is not gated. It is not in a resort but only about 20 minutes away by car.
