You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Aclando Overview
Cocooned by extensive gardens and olive tree-laden countryside, Villa Aclando is a wonderful place to sample a taste of typical Cretan rural life alongside all the pleasures of a traditional family beach holiday.
Interiors are bright and welcoming, combining rustic Cretan charm and modern comforts. Set over two levels, the main living area is located on the upper floor. There is a beautiful lounge and adjoining kitchen, with direct access to the outdoor terraces offering panoramic pool and countryside views. On the same floor there is a bathroom and a double bedroom, while a small lounge and two further bedrooms which share a bathroom are located on the spacious ground floor, providing all the comforts of home.
The lawned gardens yield a glorious setting to enjoy barbecues, table-tennis and lounging by the large private pool, while children play happily with the host of toys on offer. Located at the foothills of Vrisinas Mountain, the villa is an oasis of peace and tranquility with rolling countryside as far as the eye can see, but still close to the heart of the action. Just a leisurely walk away are restaurants and a supermarket, and a scenic drive brings you to the lovely harbour town of Rethymnon, with a long sandy beach and fascinating historic centre.

Resort Description
The lovely harbour town of Rethymnon is located on the north coast of Crete between the capital, Heraklion and Chania and conveniently served by two airports.
The historic centre offers a great deal with its hallmark fortress, pretty paved alleyways, a plethora of shops and excellent tavernas serving traditional Cretan fare and fish. The Town also boasts a palm lined promenade and a long sandy beach and various festivals are held here throughout the summer season including the well-known Wine Festival in September.
We offer a beautiful selection of villas in Rethymnon, located along the coast to the east and west of the town and also just slightly up into the hills behind the centre, close to charming hillside villages offering panoramic views along a stunning coastline; Atsipopoulos, Asteri, Maroulas and Gerani to name but a few.
