You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Rami Overview
With stunning panoramic sea views and clinging to the hillside Villa Rami is in a truly enviable location between the road to Heraklion and the beach at Lygaria, just east of the Bay of Agia Pelagia.
The popular sea side resort just 3.5km away whilst the beach is a mere 1.5km below the villa. An ideal base, with a good variety of restaurants and shops locally in Agia Pelagia, plus the gorgeous sandy beach and a short drive from the capital of Crete itself with its plethora of sight seeing options, including a visit to the Minoan palace of Knossos.
Villa Rami is bright and spacious, set out over 2 floors to offer sea views from all of the main rooms. The pool terrace is accessed by steps from the upper level, or directly from the ground floor bedrooms, and here you can find a built in BBQ area, pool shower as well as ample sunbathing terraces over- looking the pool and the sea beyond. There is a small children's playground below Rami which is shared by two other villas belonging to the same owner.

Resort Description
A small coastal town and seaside resort just 20 kilometres from the capital of Crete, Heraklion. Agia Pelagia offers a small beach offering water sports and diving opportunities and a good choice of restaurants, bars, cafés and shops; but no raucous nightlife, it is mainly a family beach resort, excellently positioned for just relaxing or sightseeing around this fascinating part of Crete.
Just east of Agia Pelagia is the sandy beach of Lygaria, where you can rent umbrellas and sunbeds, or dine at the beach front tavernas. Fortunately Lygaria is protected from the north winds so the sea in the bay is normally calm.

The spacious villa is situated only 20 minutes from the airport but you do need a car to get around to the shops and beaches. The villa layout with the bedrooms downstairs is unusual but easy to get used to. Having two small children with us we were concerned that the doors didn't have locks and lead directly on to the pool. All necessary household equipment is provided. The pool is large but was very cold for late September when we were there. There is also a large barbecue area and plenty of seating and sun loungers.

Everything about Villa Rami felt luxurious. From the warm welcome provided by Lida to the breathtaking views provided on both floors. We had an amazing family holiday. It’s clear that the villa has been built with comfort and ease in mind. There wasn’t any area we found lacking and we sincerely hope to visit again in the future.
