We know that you might be feeling uncertain about booking your next holiday with the ever-changing travel restrictions, which is why we've introduced our Travel Restrictions Guarantee for your peace of mind.
Book your next villa holiday with confidence, safe in the knowledge that you can either move your dates or receive a holiday voucher for the full amount paid if your travel dates are restricted by either FCDO/local government advice advice or local restrictions in your destination country.*
The Travel Restrictions Guarantee is automatically included in the website price and can be removed before you book, however we strongly advise you keep it to give you added flexibility and protection.
You will still need to purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy as soon as your booking is confirmed. This insurance should, as a minimum, protect you against cancellation, curtailment, medical expenses, loss/theft of possessions and documents, personal liability and airline failure.

Resort Description
Kassiopi, at the northern tip of the North East coast of Corfu is a busy harbour and a thriving resort. The attractive paved harbour is ringed by shops and restaurants (and a few bars) and the constant comings and goings in the harbour will give hours of entertainment once in your holiday “laid back” frame of mind!
A great choice for all ages, Kassiopi is particularly appreciated by families with young adults in their group as there is just enough in the way of nightlife to keep them happy but all very close to home and secure. For the entire family there is an excellent selection of restaurants catering for all tastes, some very pleasant bars and cafés and a really good selection of shops – Kassiopi boasts jewellery shops, lace and embroidered linen, ceramics as well as souvenir shops of the more traditional kind and even a couple of boutiques. Of course there are several supermarkets, a fishmonger, a couple of butchers and several bakers to cater for all your daily needs.
Kassiopi is also great for water based activities – hire a self-drive boat from the harbour and explore the coastline or take a captained boat trip further afield. On the north side of the harbour (around the peninsula topped by the ruins of the Roman fortress) is the main beach which also offers water sports but to either side of the harbour you will find a plethora of tiny bays and coves to swim and sunbathe.

The privacy you get at the villa is lovely as are the stunning views down to Kassiopi and the surrounding area, I could never get bored of that view. Kassiopi is a great chilled resort that has everything you need.

Beautiful villa with everything needed for a fabulous holiday. Open plan ground floor with fabulous views across infinity pool down to Kassiopi and Albania beyond. With bedrooms, bathrooms and terraces on two floors also ideal for couples sharing looking for a degree of privacy. Representative Anne and villa owner sorted out a minor issue with the pool organising a water tanker to top it up within a couple of hours of contact. Only issues for some may be four minute drive up steep hillside from main road but the views are worth it and hey if a water tanker can do it ....and main pool depth is 1.6m throughout and although pool has Roman steps last step is waist high from base possibly a issue for less mobile. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to return.
