You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.

Standing in considerable gated grounds, offering a multitude of mature trees and beautifully manicured gardens the property sits in an idyllic tranquil haven. This charming two-bedroom property has been tastefully styled in a modern design, offering a soothing neutral colour scheme throughout and benefitting from a lovely open living area. From here patio doors lead out to a gorgeous covered terrace, overlooking the stunning swimming pool with spectacular far-reaching views encompassing the nearby Lake Korission and the sea beyond. For those who fancy trying their hand at some outdoor grilling, there is an excellent BBQ and wood oven so alfresco dining is on the cards. For the more energetic, a table tennis table beckons.
The stunning sandy beach of Halikounas can be found just a few minutes’ drive away, and for those looking for the closest amenities, several tavernas are scattered around the neighbouring countryside, one perched on the cliff above Alonaki Bay is within easy walking distance. The larger village of Agios Mattheos, with its selection of cafes, restaurants and mini markets, can be found 10 minutes' drive away and is perfect for a taste of the more traditional way of life in a southern Corfu village.

Halikounas is the perfect destination for those after a peaceful Greek getaway, surrounded by the sublime Corfiot countryside with olive-clad hillsides, citrus orchards, beautiful vineyards, and quiet beaches at every turn. Perched by the famous Lake Korission, life here is laid-back and low-key, with just a modest spread of restaurants dotted along the coastal paths and tracks. The sandy beach stretches over three kilometres and is considered one of the most beautiful in the Ionian Islands. The variations in the coastal landscape are endless, with a verdant forest, a glistening lagoon, wild sand dunes and, above all, it is pristine and unspoilt. With regular wind from the north-western side, it’s a water sports haven for kite surfing and wind surfing.
