You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.

Villa Flamingo by Estia Overview
Villa Flamingo is super modern and minimalistic in design, set into totally private grounds near the glorious sandy beach of Issos, at the southernmost point of Lake Korission. The full length of the lake (which is a protected nature reserve) is visible from the extensive upper terrace, where you can watch the flamingos take flight at certain times of the season.
A family taverna is just a few metres from the villa and although no restaurants are allowed on Issos beach (just a temporary beach bar that pops up every summer) the restaurants of Halikouna or Aghios Georgious are just a short drive away to give you a little more choice.
This elegant villa with four bedroom suites, two on the ground floor and two in a separate upper floor reached by an exterior staircase, is supremely chic with all the modern extras you would expect and a few that are definitely “ above and beyond". An indoor /outdoor area on the ground floor is home to twin hot tub spas where you can really enjoy some serious pampering! The exterior pool with mosaic tiles is bordered by a sunken al fresco seating area with a gas fired fire pit.
And the two bedrooms upstairs both have access to a superb private terrace with stunning lake and sea views which can be enjoyed whilst sipping a cooled cocktail as there is also a bar/kitchenette here with sink, drinks fridge, and coffee machine for your convenience.
The beautiful unspoilt sandy beach of Issos is backed by sand dunes, it attracts windsurfers and kite surfing enthusiasts as the wind normally gets up in the area in the afternoons, their antics are fascinating to watch! Although a small area of the beach offers sunbeds and parasols to rent there is still a long stretch of untouched beach to enjoy for those who just bring their beach mat and a cool box!
