Villa Jacaranda is a total delight, looking across the bay below to the Albanian mainland. Villa Jacaranda is brand new for 2019 and sits on the steeply wooded hillside between the coastal road and the Bay of Agni on the glorious north east coast of Corfu, nestling into the olive clad hillside in the area of Kavalaraina. The gorgeous beach at Agni and the excellent tavernas are just a ten minute walk down the hill through the olive groves so plenty of shade on the way but it is a steep uphill climb on the way home.
Villa Jacaranda has been built in solid stone in the traditional style of the local stone dwellings, with thick walls to keep the interior cool, but there is nothing old fashioned about this lovely house. The interior is light, airy and romantic and offers the utmost comfort and beautiful relaxing surrounding to enjoy a perfect holiday. The upside/down design means that the living areas are on the upper floor to enjoy the more lovely views and the bedrooms are downstairs where it is always cooler, although of course, all areas have full air conditioning.
Outside things get even better with a lovely infinity pool which is seasonally heatable if the water temperature drops below 24 degrees, and an adjacent Jacuzzi hot tub are the high points. Beautiful stone terraces for sitting and sunbathing, are completed by a shaded outdoor dining and barbecue area. All in all we think Villa Jacaranda will prove to be supremely popular for smaller families and would be ideal for two couples.
Villa Jacaranda is situated just next door to its sister property, Villa Yiasemi which makes them a great choice for small families or couples travelling together.

Corfu International Airport (CFU)
In Greek the word ‘agni’ means ‘pure’ and this beautiful bay in the heart of Corfu on the north east coastline is pure Greece, pure relaxation and beauty! Agni is just 27 kilometres from Corfu airport, tucked in between Nissaki to the south and Kalami to the north, looking across the channel east to nearby Albania.
A protected deep bay with a very pretty pebble and shingle beach is home to three of the most talked about restaurants in Corfu. Each restaurant has its own jetty and a good number of visitors arrive by boat and moor up (this alone gives hours of entertainment to diners in the beachside tavernas) whilst the remainder reach this hidden spot by a narrow downhill road from the main coastal road. During the peak summer months Agni Bay is a hub of activity; in the local restaurants you’ll need to book to get a good table to enjoy the excellent food for which it is so rightly renowned – but also to rub shoulders with some very distinguished guests. In the early and late summer months it is a peaceful haven.
From Agni you can walk along the coast past Yaliskari beach to Kalami to enjoy a change of scenery. Excellent water sports are provided here along with a larger choice of shops and restaurants. The ideal mode of transport in this area is the self-drive motor boat which gives you the freedom to get to other bays easily and to do your super market shopping by boat!

Mr Kevin Hewett
Beautiful villa and gorgeous pool area but disappointed with the lack of view which is not as shown on website ( cannot see the sea whilst lying by pool and a large telegraph pole dominates outside space) . However a really fabulous solmar Rep in resort and lovely places to eat in Agni five minutes walk away.

We have coming to Corfu for over 15 years, this is in a good location with a 10 minute walk to Agni , although a stiff hill on the way back after a meal! The villa is beautiful inside and out, with a hot tub that we used daily. We would recommend this villa and would certainly re book too.

Brand new villa, lovely location and great facilities, very clean and well laid out. The walk down to Agni bay is steep, but worth the effort!
