You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Located in a truly privileged position, slightly above the popular family friendly seaside village of Aghios Stephanos, Villa Tatiana sits in a peaceful picturesque area amongst villas of similar high quality and design. A wonderful family holiday is assured at this truly eye-catching villa where the extensive list of attributes includes outstanding sea views, easy access to wonderful beaches (few minutes by car), a gorgeous private swimming pool with adjacent Jacuzzi, perfectly presented interiors, as well as the usual essential facilities one would expect to find in such an immaculately turned out villa. Outside, the sparkling swimming pool commands centre stage in the attractive grounds, where a small lawn can also be found. With the lovely picturesque village of Aghios Stephanos a short drive downhill where you can find a few local shops, excellent restaurants and cafes, and with the eclectic resort facilities of Kassiopi a short drive away, we consider Villa Tatiana to be the perfect choice for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay.
Due to the design of the pool and Jacuzzi pool at this villa and the various different levels of the outside terracing we feel that small children travelling in parties to this villa will need extra supervision. Children under 8 not recommended.

Our sixth visit back. Just beautiful,fairly quiet and lovely people. The villa is stunning with fantastic views and well equipped. A little piece of heaven. We had a maid everyday who was excellent in keeping it clean.
