You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:

Villa Elia Overview
Just above the small road that runs from the glorious horse shoe bay of Aghios Stefanos and the white pebble beach of Kerasia, sits Villa Elia. Walking distance to both so you can enjoy the wonderful swimming and delicious food at Kerasia beach side Taverna as well as stroll into Aghios Stefanos, sit at the harbour side café’s and restaurants, watch the boats come and go and pick up provisions or just browse in the local shops. The local supermarkets will deliver which is even better so you don’t have to carry your shopping home! Villa Elia looks over one of the most exclusive stretches of coastline in Corfu – below the villa are the water front palatial properties this area is well known for, and super yachts often moor in the gorgeous bays so you will definitely be in the right place! Apart from that the bays below the villa are so pretty you will probably spend hours just enjoying the views.
A spacious villa on two floors with bright airy rooms, the mainly modern design provides one bedroom on the ground floor and two upstairs. The upstairs rooms having access to a sea facing balcony and glorious terrace where you can really relax and soak up that view. This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area. To access the villa there is a path which is 160cm wide along with 6 steps. There is also ramp access to the front door. The front door has a width of 85cm and other doors that access the pool area are 110cm wide. There are 18 steps from the lounge/kitchen/dining area that lead from the ground level to upstairs. The widest bedroom door on the ground floor is 80cm wide which is the twin room and the widest bathroom door on the ground floor is 70cm wide. Spacious lounge, kitchen etc. Bathroom on ground floor extremely small. Plenty of shade if required. Lots of balcony space with terrific views. Nice pool and upmarket resort but quite an uphill walk back from the tavernas. Really enjoyed our week with the family.

The second time we've stayed here. Pleasant villa in lovely location with truly inspiring views from a good variety of balconies and seating areas. Cleaning staff are efficient and professional and the outside pool is very well tended. A pleasant 10-15 minute walk down to the quiet harbour that has some friendly, decent restaurants and a small but well stocked supermarket.

Villa Elia is in a fantastic location. The views across to Albania are amazing. We were there in October so the pool had cooled significantly from the summer, but it is well laid out and the sunbeds are comfortable. There is one umbrella and other shade areas if it gets too hot. In the house the kitchen has everything you need including a small dishwasher. The bathrooms are all clean and the bedrooms have good storage. The beds now have good quality mattress toppers. When we arrived they were very hard. We called the local rep and this was sorted within 24hrs. It seemed that anything could be sorted if there was a problem. A car is essential here. It's a fairly long walk to Aghios Stephanos where there are two small supermarkets selling everything you'll need. There are about eight restaurants/tavernas too.

5th holiday at this villa. We stayed for the week before staying at Elia elsewhere this year. We usually stay 2 was at Elia but it had been booked when we wanted our usual fortnight. This is a lovely well positioned villa.

The location and view across the channel to Albania was spectacular. Pool was also very good. It was our twelfth stay in Aghios Stephanos and we have grown to love the resort and the locals. We were able to walk to the village and to Kerasia with facility, though for anyone less mobile or fit the location could be a problem; a car would be advisable. As always we were delighted with the peace and tranquillity of the area.

The views from Villa Elia are the star turn of the place - panoramic views of the Corfu channel abound, especially from the open plan living area. The villa is bright and airy and the upstairs bedrooms are a good size. It is great to be able to walk down to the superb tavernas at Agios Stephanos and back in the evenings and also to walk down to the beach at Kerasia - a lovely 15 minute stroll - with a rather steep incline at the end!
