You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Pearl 13 Overview
Villa Pearl 13 is located in a peaceful location, close to the centre of Protaras and its wide variety of restaurants and bars, and within walking distance of the famous Fig Tree Bay Beach. This villa is perfect for families or friends to get away together and enjoy a relaxing, tranquil break but still being close to the local amenities on offer.
The modern open plan downstairs offers you wall to wall comfort, with the living area offering sumptuous seating and amazing views out to sea. Or if you prefer there is wifi and satellite tv provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you could wish for, allowing you to cook up a storm, with a large wine cooler on offer for those local wines you’ll be wanting to sample throughout your stay. On this floor there is also a family shower room.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms including the lovely master suite with fantastic sea views and its own ensuite. The other two bedrooms are a double and a twin and they also have amazing sea views. On this floor you will also find the main family bathroom.
The outdoor space is wonderful with ample sunny or shaded seating areas, and panoramic views of the azure sea beyond. You’ll find a superb outdoor kitchen to perfect you barbecuing skills and of course the fabulous outdoor pool with roman steps access, surrounded by plenty of sunloungers for all the family.
