You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Mare Lombardi Overview
Villa Mare Lombardi is a fantastic 4 floor fully air-conditioned villa that has its own private beach access.
With the entrance in the basement you'll discover a charming seating area and an inviting whirlpool bath. There is also a double ensuite bedroom with access to a small kitchenette.
On the ground floor the open plan living area is beautifully furnished, and complements the fully equipped kitchen, that opens out onto the terrace and the swimming pool area. There is a double ensuite bedroom on this floor.
On the first floor there are a further three ensuite double bedrooms.
The roof terrace can be accessed via internal stairs and affords fantastic views over the landscape nearby and the clear azure seas.
Beach lovers will be in an unbeatable location, it takes just a couple of minutes to wander down to Fig Tree Bay and Protaras’ busy strip. If you want to go a little further, it’s a short drive to the town of Ayia Napa, which has been recently transformed into the perfect family holiday resort, with an array of attractions from fun fairs to boat trips. On the island’s south-eastern tip, you will also find the magnificent Cape Greco – there are few better places to enjoy a breath-taking ocean view.
