You will be able to request a full refund of the price paid for your villa booking, if on your date of travel, the following conditions are met:
- Your villa booking was made on or after 07/10/2021.
- Your booking was made for a villa to which the offer applies, which will show if available for your chosen dates during your booking journey.
- The UK FCDO or Government in your country of residence advises against travel to your destination due to COVID-19 on your travel date.
- There are COVID-19 restrictions in your destination country preventing you from being able to travel to that destination.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on arrival in your destination country.
- You are required, due to COVID-19, to quarantine in a hotel on return to the UK.

Villa Florence is a must-see, located within the popular area of Pernera and just a stone's throw from delicious cuisines, traditional Cypriot tavernas, tasty Italian delis and fresh seafood restaurants. Nestled amongst neighbouring properties, Villa Florence is a beauty, boasting a spacious terrace, surrounded by a wrap-around wall and dotted with Mediterranean shrubs and palm trees. Reclining sun loungers sit on white-washed pebbles and rattan furnishings provide the ideal spot for a morning coffee as you plan your day ahead. If spending the day but the pool is high on your priority list then look no further, as the 8x4m pool is ideal for splashing around with the kids or cooling off from the midday sun. A BBQ is available for you to use, so why not make the most of this and cook up a feast of traditional souvlaki and grilled halloumi for a tasty lunch?
Inside, a homely open-plan living, dining and kitchen area is the ideal chill-out spot away from the sun, complete with a multi-channel TV, ceiling fans and cool air conditioning. Upstairs we find all three air-conditioned bedrooms, two doubles and one twin room. One of the double bedrooms features a private ensuite, whilst the other two rooms share a separate family bathroom.
